Bwaaaaa
After Perry had a miserable performance on stage, Vince picked Cain to go all the way, and then switched to Gingrich and changed his mind a couple months ago to Frothy Rick.

Surely... he will get it right with Romney...?

If you had passed your high school civics class back when Kennedy was alive, SS, you'd have discovered that that US Senator is not a state office.
And it's been a week and you still don't have a law prohibiting a seventeen year old from running for US Senate.
No one expects you to admit you are wrong or to back up anything you say.
Why start a new habit?
Acting like the dumbazz you really are. The individual states can set requirements as to what is necessary to qualify for the ballot. Try again, chihuahua eater.

Don't know why you're aiming that at me. I didn't make the original statement, Aunt Jemima.

Deflect much. We were talking about an age requirement, not a citizenship requirement. Crawl back under your rock, you morbidly obese slug.

Until you can find that law that prohibits a seventeen year old for running for *US* senate, STFU TowelBoy.

Rush Holt (WV) was elected to United States Senate at the age of 29. Holt was forced to wait until his 30th birthday (six months after the start of the session) before being sworn in.

follow the thread, Chubby, I am sure you had your face buried in Pablo's crotch and missed the lead.

Take your pick, though, dingus.

Let me know when you figure out that requirements to hold office are- and this is the tricky part- requirements to hold the office.

As you have had difficulty recall- as I have crammed it up your azz almost as often as your boyfriend Pablo, though I use a mop handle- you blew this on the POTUS "discussion" we had last year.

In Kentucky, it's against the law to dye baby chickens or ducks and rabbits

Proof?

Title XL. Crimes and Punishments. Chapter 436. Offenses Against Morality.

436.600 Dyeing or selling dyed baby fowl or rabbits

No person shall sell, exchange, offer to sell or exchange, display, or possess living baby chicks, ducklings, or other fowl or rabbits which have been dyed or colored; nor dye or color any baby chicks, ducklings, or other fowl or rabbits; nor sell, exchange, offer to sell or exchange or to give away baby chicks, ducklings, or other fowl or rabbits, under two (2) months of age in any quantity less than six (6), except that any rabbit weighing three (3) pounds or more may be sold at an age of six (6) weeks. Any person who violates this section shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500.

++++

Notice the lack of proof (week now?) of seventeen year old running for US Senate.

No laws that prohibit seventeen year olds from running for US Senate.
PS: they'd be part of the US Constitution, not state laws, if you passed high school civics, you know that already- the rules for California are the same as the other 49 states.
What I posted, if you took the time to notice WAS for U.S. Senator, not a state senator you libtard jackass.

You're either the dumbest poster in history or a stubborn fool !

Damn, you're dense. Where did I ever say that a seventeen year old can't "RUN" for the senate. Depending on which state the seventeen year old is from, state law may prohibit the teenager from qualifying for the ballot.

Right, Federal Law prohibits anyone from holding the office of US Senator until they actually celebrate their 30th birthday.

You STFU, Aunt Jemima. You're the one making all the unintelligible noises around here. Doing nothing but creating a lot of hot air.

Sorry, azzhole, but I've got much better things to do with my time than sit on topix 24 seven just to answer your inane, idiotic, lame brained posts. You do provide occasional bits of amusement, however. I'm sure you can here everyone here laughing AT you.

You're lack of reading comprehension here is legendary. I never said that there's a law prohibiting anyone under 30 from "RUNNING" for the US senate unless the state he/she wants to represent requires that the person be at or near 30 to be placed on the ballot.

I think I hear a lonely chihuahua calling you. Better go service him.
