How can this be left to happen in 21 Century Globalization. I hope the hard hand of law will follow him to wherever he hides and bring him to justice. He should pay dearly for his deception.

If you have the verdict with you, ask your lawyers to take it to American Business Council of Dubai. There is also an American Business council in UAE and many other American business councils. I am certain they will guide you through the proper channels through the UAE/USA mandate under the UN charter. I know such cases where the UAE courts verdicts have been successfully executed. This is the fastest and the best option. Good luck.

I am not sure this case involves how many people. No matter what, these are the old Wild West polices which used to be practiced in the past. You all Ex-Motorolans should sue them beyond the labor court. You can definately sue them in Civil case in the USA. Lucky you, you will make a lot of money.

Who is their lawyer misguinding them or at least not advising them correctly? Is this Alex Soltani guy thinking correctly? In the process they will loose in millions of dollars. Certainly they will not get away with this even if they hide in Tumbaktu, let alone USA. Huh! I don't believe this

I have read NewNet website and this Alex Soltani guy is a billionaire. What will he gain by robbing couple of hundred thousand to innocent people who have worked so hard for it. This is not their money in the first place. The money has been entrusted to them from Motorola to NSN to NewNet. Isn’t this money supposed to be secured in a separate bank account signed in by Motorola and NSN and NewNet?

NewNet’s owners are essentially punishing their employees by endangering the company’s reputation and well-being in pursuit of their personal gain/ agenda. And they are doing so via breaking the law with deliberate intent.

Individuals have worked hard to earn an honest living and deserve their rights. These owners cannot go around stealing what is rightfully hard earned money by the employees. They need to be punished and held accountable, Alex Soltani IS the GUILTY party involved.

I am a true believer in the justice system and these rogue companies should never be allowed to get away with such injustice. It is appalling that a USA Multinational company apply such rogue behavior when they go to international markets. The USA is keen in advancing its trade abroad and will never support companies such as Newnet to ruin its reputation overseas.

I sympathize will all of you who are effected and my advice to you, is to come together as one sole body with one voice and file a lawsuit in the US against the NewNet and its owner Alex Soltani. Meantime, more pressure should be put against U.A.E. government to take action i.e. asking for extradition of Alex Soltani back to U.A.E. to face justice or even trying to confiscate his properties anywhere in the Middle East and beyond. This will send out a clear message which can avoid similar situation from happening again in the future.

It is shame for the company the employee have spent so many years working for to have ended up like this! It does not matter how many hands the company has changed; they were fully aware that employees were transferred to them, which include their End of Service Benefits. We wish Luay all the best and justice for him. This Soltani guy should be tracked down and face justice!

How sad. This is a monstrous wrong and I hope justice will prevail and these super-rich and crooked people will pay a heavy price for their injustice. Fight, fight, and fight to your last breath and never give up your rights. There is justice in the world and justice will prevail. They will never dare do something like this in the USA
