Garda Cash Logistics: California Lunch Break Law Says

If the employee misses the meal period or has to make work-related phone calls or run errands for work during his or her meal period, he or she is entitled to ONE EXTRA HOUR OF PAY.
So WHY then is Garda Cash Logistics Refusing To PAY Its California Officers Their Extra Hour of Pay Each Day Which = to about $6,570,000 Million Dollars A Year in Lunch Money based on our Math?
