Really people. Why are you posting under other peoples names. For one neither Theo or Gazie talk that way. Please if you are going to do or post things that justify termination. Do so under your own name. Have some balls.

Lower your expectations people. This is an anonymous forum on the internet. It's like asking a bird not to fly, or the leafs to not suck.

What is your average daily grocery amount?
How many grocery selectors do you guys have on a shift?
Do you guys assemble grocery 24/7?

Grocery drops are between 60 and 90 thou hard pick. We have about 40 on days and 25 on aft no mid night shift for selectors.

Ottawa averages approx 30k per day HP over a week. My guess is Ajax will be called upon to take over in April after Ottawas CBA expires. Trying to figure out how doable that would be for you guys. It would take roughly 23 guys for 8 hrs. or 12 per shift....
Thoughts?

you also have to factor in aspect, I have no idea how many shifts they run or their capacity, but I do know their product mix is entirely different, at lim we do no toiletries, confections etc, but we do have a third shift doing nothing

WTF was pretty much bang on with the numbers, and VTO's are normal for afternoons, I would say we are running at 30% capacity at best as a rough guess
