Good for Latin America, especially Brazil.
A regional security council is a great idea,it will shield Latin America from the aggressor, the US.

The US is a serious threat to the stability of Brazil and the rest of Latin America.

The US is a blood thirsty killing machine and the rest of world will not tolerate it's menace, plunder, rape and pillage of defenseless nations.

It is time that we all rise against the true enemy, the USA.

The US will be brought down to it's knees and beg for mercy but world will turn it's cheek.

Nations that live by the sword will die by the sword.
