It's quite simple. Now that Venezuela's Chavez and Ecuador's Correa have positioned troops to guard their borders, let the world, the OAS, and the International Court watch closely. If they let any FARC terrorists cross their borders freely, then they are guilty as accused of collaborating with terrorism.
