I don't think they will build anything they will have it there and use it to suck money out of the treasury who in there right mind will let Cha Cha Cha build a ship for them you have to be crazy to do it and I think he will appropriate it the week after it is finished and it is ready to build there first ship, the good thing is that at least no one will drown in a ship built by Chavistas, maybe they will build it next to the automobile plant that is all Venezuelan, I have not heard about the Venezuelan cell phone any more is there an updated version?

Nobody WANTS him!
read Emma Lazarus poem "The New Colossus,"

US is 'stuck" with him! note: "wretched refuse" be so fitting him!

The New Colossus

Not like the brazen giant of Greek fame,
With conquering limbs astride from land to land;
Here at our sea-washed, sunset gates shall stand
A mighty woman with a torch, whose flame
Is the imprisoned lightning, and her name
Mother of Exiles. From her beacon-hand
Glows world-wide welcome; her mild eyes command
The air-bridged harbor that twin cities frame.
"Keep ancient lands, your storied pomp!" cries she
With silent lips. "Give me your tired, your poor,
Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free,
The wretched refuse of your teeming shore.
Send these, the homeless, tempest-tossed to me,
I lift my lamp beside the golden door!"
