Cotto-Mayweather in demand but hard to stage

This is ridiculous. Mayweather claims to be the best boxer that has ever lived, well if he is then he needs to fight Cotto, Paul Williams, Margarito, and others who claim they can best him. Back in the day, boxers such as Hagler and Hearns, never avoided any opponent. They would fight you anywhere and any time they could. Of course he doesn't want to fight Cotto. Cotto is a young lion who will undoubtedly destroy Mayweather. If I were Mayweather, I would stick to the WWE, at least there everything is fixed, and he won't get hurt.

The true boxers would fight anyone, anytime and it seems that Mayweather is avoiding a fight with Cotto at all costs... To prove that, Mayweather takes a fight with an old fighter like De La Joya who is on a decline... Perhaps De La Hoya should promote the Cotto vs. Mayweather fight instead of fighting especially when this fight looks like a sure loss for De La Hoya.
