Travis Simms III has nine years to think about the rest of his life. But U.S. District Judge Mark Kravitz warned the former Stratford and Norwalk resident Tuesday that if he returns to dealing drugs one of two things could happen.

How the drugs get to him , we have to look at the chain of hands before he gets them. That's the million dollar question, some higher ups are involved that's for sure,,,1
