It would be nice if somebody cleaned up the heavyweight division Samuel or one of the Kitchkos,I have a feeling it could be Peter.

Peter does not have the discipline to do it. He has good punching power and that is about it. Nothing great about peter. Wlad is great however his chin is suspect at best. Vitaly is the real deal however he is injury prone. Either way. Both Klitchkos are class ahead of peter. |

I wont disagree with you about Peter, but I would certainly give him a good punchers chance due to the reasons you mentioned.Questionable chin and injury risk.Although I do like all three and cant wait for the fight! |
*** NO!..Vitaly is the "REAL DEAL"?..I know you're saying this just to get a reaction. Next time Vitaly gets in the ring he'll be age 37...Now, his last fight was a TKO-8 over Danny Williams ~ how far back? 3 or 4 years?..If I was Vitaly's Manager I WOULD INSIST on him fighting a couple of "warmup" bouts. So, I think, even WITH the "ring rust", MAYBE he will decision Peter ... but to say he's class ahead of Peter?..That's unreal. ... Wlad WILL lose, SOMEDAY, because he can't fight midgets forever!..SOMEDAY he'll HAVE TO fight an opponent who PUNCHES...NOW, I hope Tony Thompson wins!..EVEN IF it's by split decision! BUT, NOW I HOPE Tony does the identical same thing to Wlad that Corrie Sanders did, years ago! |

No i'm not saying it to get reaction!!! Vitaly can't afford to fight warm up fights. You guys want him to so he doesn't expose Peter. You don't want him to fight and destroy Peter. You and Damilola are afraid of what he is going to do to Sam. Why would he fight a couple of warm up fights? He doesn't have that much time left. It's time to go all out. Vitaly is far ahead of Peter, and your fear proves it. Wlad can knock the shit out of anybody out there anytime he chooses. He may have a week chin but he learned how to protect that bitch. Once again. If either of klitchkos was an american born white boy, you guys would consider them the best ever. That is the only knock on them.. They are not american born thugs. |

I guess whoever americans with don king tell us to love will clean up the mess (there is no mess, the only "mess" is that non american born fighters are ruling the weight class") Why should somebody come through the ranks? Klitchkos are the best ever!!! |
|
** Whatever.

Wasn't Thompson one of your big boys you were saying Wlad was trying to avoid. Wlad is now asking to skip Povetkin as his mandatory so he can beat up on Thompson. I guess he got tired of people like you talking. |
|
|
** NOT one of the "Monsters"...But I will give you this: I thought Wlad would go after Povetkin B4 Thompson...IMO, Thompson has a chance to win. But, and I can't lie ... If I bet money on this, I'd bet on Wlad.
... By the way,... I started the "Wlad & Vitaly thread" so that other threads wouldn't be "derailed" or sidetracked by Klitschko fans. ANYBODY can ruin someone else's thread, so let's respect each other, here. |

I didn't start talking about wlad on this one. I just jumped into his defense when you and damilola started talking about him as if he was a dogg |
|
** Back to Sam Peter vs. Vitaly K...I think Peter has a real chance to win this...Vitaly is 6' 7_1/2" [about 6" taller than Peter] and should weigh in the 250-260# range...The reach & arms are longer. With Vitaly being 37 on fight night, Peter would have a significant AGE advantage...I STILL SAY: Vitaly needs at least ONE warm-up fight!
... Hey, I'm not even conviced this fight will happen!..Vitaly is running for a political office ~~ Mayor of Kiev, Ukraine!..Maybe he will pull out...Maybe he will get injured again...Sure hope this fight takes place! |

I'd rather see Peter vs. Wlad because that is the only fight that makes sense right now. Vitaly vs Peter could be exciting, but nothing like Wlad vs Peter. I just want Wlad to shut up all the doubters or go down trying. |
|
** Edo .... This is a Sam Peter thread and you've been saying LOTS of bad things and BS about him!..Now I'm supposed to keep quiet about Wlad?..I don't think so.
... Since winning the decision over Peter ...[where Wlad fought like John Ruiz], he has fought NEARLY ALL little guys...HE WANTS that height/weight/reach/arm-length /strength advantage over his opponents...He has done quite well, using this strategy...Heck, he even beat rugged Lamon Brewster [6th round] in the rematch! ... Wlad has lost 3 pro fights; all by TKO ~~ Ross Puritty, Corrie Sanders, and Lamon Brewster...He has evidently learned from his mistakes!..IMO, Tony Thompson is BETTER than Ray Austin and should be at or near Wlad's level when they fight. That said, I still expect Wlad to win...And I expect him to beat little Povetkin...Maybe then he will retire? Carefully avoiding the rematch with Corrie Sanders {age 42}...Then all his drooling fans can pontificate on his "great" accomplishments. ... I'll admit Wlad is a GOOD World Champion!.... BUT for Wlad to be GREAT, he should be fighting guys from the following List: Alexander Dimitrenko, Chris Arreola, Nicolai Valuev, Tye Fields, J.D. Chapman, Odlanier Solis, David Rodriguez, or Travis Walker...I didn't say BEATING THEM; I said "fighting them." |

I could've swore you had Thompson on that list... So now when he starts beating up the big guys what will your excuse be? |
|
** Yawn, ... Here comes some more nonsense.
|
|
Nope, you just keep naming boxers of top of your head, and then when wlad agrees to bash their head in, you back of and bring up another name. |
