Good thing we've got the city police, they come and put you in the body bag after the fact. Then, screw up the evidence, but they are always ready to pose in the background with a politician trying to look tough.....

Wondering if you could possibly explain yourself? Is this just a racist rant or does it have any basis in reality? Such comments & attitudes do nothing to further progress in communication between people of different backgrounds/groups which ought to be a goal of all U.S. citizens. It is clear, whether you know it or not, there are plenty of very successful and intelligent people in any group you care to evaluate. Your comment to this forum is no better than SPAM. |
1) city police do not handle the body, State Coronor's Office has the body bags and does that. 2) Any evidence is handled by the crime scene investigators. 3) The uniformed police officers you are seeing are preserving the integrity of the crime scene. 4) Any politicians you see are doing what the do best, covering their arse and job for what any other politician wants......a second term. The municipal and city police officers I know are dedicated individuals whom are just as fustraited as you are with lack of funds, training, man power, and the ammounts of paper work now involved with a single misdomeanor arrest. Even writing just one traffic citation includes another 10-15 minutes of data entry info in the station's computer server. A single arrest for DWI has now has a book of data that has to be filled out and some sent to other agencies via fax for processing, effectively taking that officer off the street for the remainder of his/her shift. AND you can thank the damn lawyers for that...... Personally, I think your issues with the city officers are mis-directed, and undeserving. |
