SOOOOO SO VERY TRUE!I was born here &hadn't been back for 17 yrs.Sadly enough I couldn't leave quick enough!!!Every walk I go on someone shouts profanities out the window. My son was egged while walking. I was egged 3 times walking! Then someone threw a honey bun & a bottle at us!Anywhere I have gone the people in customer service act like you are bothering them on a break. Then there are the bus driver's!They make $20+ an hour & can't bother helping you find your route!People say New Yorker's are rude but I will take them over Boston anytime! Oh yes I went there!Who wins sporting events & trashes their own city in celebration! That dirty water has fogged your minds !I will never again proudly proclaim my Bostonian roots. You ignorant, arrogant ,self centered angry fools! No wonder they hate us 'across the pond' if their first contact is Logan!Oh & btw your accent is worse than NY's or an ESL student's!What happened to the well spoken, well mannered, well heeled old school Bostonian's I use to brag about?Be ashamed,be very ashamed.

I visited Boston..a few months back BEFORE the heat wave hit..I was shopping in a local Target store..eyed a dress on the rack that caught my attention..decided to check it out..a chick was admiring dress on the same rack..by accident I bumped her arm..OMG!! Ya would have thought I pushed her on purpose NOT to step on my turf. She ranted a nasty word at me..I did apologize..thought THAT was the end of it..OOOOOH NOOOOO, she basically followed me to around the store and to the check-out..SCARY as all get out..TOTALLY RUDE! Imagine, if this had occurred at a nice restaurant.and I had bumped her table..FOOD FIGHT and total embarrassment..fer sure!

Went to school there but I don't remember it being that hostile!
How sad!

I never felt Bostonians were a friendly sort. I left the COUNTRY after living in Boston!

What does that tell you?
