Dont you get it dhp? We don't have any respect for this man, or his family. We don't think they were victims, we think they are the cause of their own problem. This event was the result of 3 or 4 generations of completely irresponsible people, their drugs, and their fatherless households, and their inability to grow up and stop being losers. If your culture embraces fatherless children, unemployed "heroes", and addictive drugs, then this is the result. Dennis was a drug user, a one time "gangsta", and the father of a child who's mother he was not responsible enough or man enough to marry. He was perpetuating the cycle himself, the very same cycle that killed him. Stop looking for sympathy and excuses and start focusing your outrage on the others in your community who are doing the same things Dennis did. Sounds to me like you have has some kind of promlem w/ this family let it go

I'm not sure I would consider drug dealing a mistake. It is a choice, if you choose to do it everyday then I'm pretty sure you have knowledge of the life you are leading, and the path you are going down. You know it illegal you know there are consequences of things not turning out so well for yourself. A mistake is something you do once and learn from. Not a lifestyle. People chose their path in life, some make bad decisions some don't. Again I personally don't believe its any mistake.

Drug Dealer or not. Everyone is human. People get caught up in bad things all the time. Some people can't help it. Sometimes it's their life. No - it's not right, but being human and living the only way you know how shouldn't be wrong. It could have been the persons upbringing as a child. That influences you for the rest of your life. Until you know or you've been there no one should have the right to pre-judge. Only one person can judge and that's GOD. Killing is bad, but sometimes people need help, or didn't know how to get the help. The world is full of ignorance. You also have to understand that violence will never end. It will never be 100% gone. You can't hide from it cause it is everywhere. City or not. Step out of the box and look at the big picture. Get out of the tunnel vision.
