Neighborhood Watch groups are an extension of the police state of America and allow neighbors to assume power over their neighbors lives and enforce conformity and "family values." I have seen many privileged older white males try to provoke younger males so they can be the "Heroes" of the community. Many movies promote this theme such as the Death Wish series. Mr Zimmerman killed the young minority male so he could be a hero.

Many older white males become arrogant and assume police powers then provoke conflicts.
