I have had the Norfolk Superior Court clerk's office return to me documents I had submitted for the record.

There was no documentation as to why over 300 pages of documents were returned.

The clerk's office could not show me any published regulations as to why the record was destroyed by their actions.

I asked if they returned documents to the opposing party. They could not tell me as there was no record of returned documents!

My only opiton is to now go after the clerk's bond and see if I can get the Summary Judgment agaisnt me, sans 300 pages of missing record, reveresed and a trial de novo.

It is difficult to find justice, when the cops who arrest you plead the FIFTH at your criminal hearing!

In 7 years, the police have never testified under oath why they even arrested me costing me over $26,000 in legal fees and an eternal arrest record.

The light of a new day.

The light of
a new day
solicits a blackbird
in the care
of a craving,
in the beautiful
darkness of a
sunny concept,
in the songs
of my heart, like
a tender idea
now reflecting
the straw.

Perception of love.

In a pensive
pigeon, and near
the colour of
a perpetual land,
there's a resolute
sound now
reflecting a savour
of love, that
greeting and the
delicate prudence.

In Oct 2005, I argued before the Norfolk Court in opposition to a Summary Judgment hearing to dismiss my lawsuit against the Town of Stoughton, at this hearing I submitted, without objection, all my Motions in opposition to summary judgment with supporting affidavits showing issues of facts
still in dispute.

The day before I received the judge's ruling, I recieved from the clerks office, over 300 pages of documents, including those I submitted in Oct 2005, in an envelope from the clerk's office, with NO autorization paperwork stating why the documents were returned.

This was in Dec. 2005

The documents were pristine in condition showing that they had never been read by the judge or anyone at the court.

How did the judge come to a ruling when he did not read my documents?

The civil RICO law suit which named sixteen Massachusetts court officers involved in staged litigation scheme was dismisssed very quickly -- the Federal District Court Judge correctly haracterized the lawsuit as "frivolous".

Judicial Tyranny has taken over this country because the public schools have been too busy teaching 'feel good' crap instead of the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, the Declaration of Independence and educating generations of people on our Sovereignty and Civil Rights. Welcome to the New World Order, been asleep to long in Oz's poppy fields?

The Massachusetts Court officers have been a widely, and wildly, CORRUPT bunch for many years, ESPECIALLY in Hampden County. These people exemplify what is wrong with our Judicial System-mean-spirited, corrupt, lazy, willing to lie to cover for eachother, and basically a gutless bunch of punks who couldn't get real jobs.
