Why Are Many Sellers Calling The FTC and Reporting Ebay for Tortious Interference?
In recent EcommerceBytes.com blog threads, reader response posts to Ina Steiner's article (about ebay's admission of suppressing views and not showing listed items) indicate that a number of sellers are shocked that ebay would blatantly attempt to incorporate into the new user agreement update a policy that admits listed items may not always be made visible for views. Just because a seller lists an item doesn't mean it will be shown. And ebay is incorporating this into the new user agreement update of October 26, 2013. Ebay Grants Itself Permission To Hide Listings is the title of one of Ina Steiner's articles about this matter.
