The homeowner, whose boat the bombing suspect was hiding in, deserves the announced reward money of $50,000 posted by the Boston 1st Responders/Public Safety Union.
It was HE who spotted something amiss about his boat cover. He put a step ladder to it and looked in and saw the blood and a body. He called the cops who were blocks away that lead to the suspect's capture and arrest.
Or will there be a mysterious loophole that will prevent him from getting anything, like what happened with the homeowners in California who lead to the cop killer Chris Dorner being neutralised?
That's something to think about.

Nobody likes snitches and that's why there are reward loopholes. The joke's on the snitches. Ha ha ha ha ha hahahahahahaha! Has anybody collected the billion on UBL? Nope, the doctor that tipped the US off is in Pakistani jail for being a snitch.
