This idiot really believes the "age of fossil fuels is over"? Is he smoking crack? These dopes have no idea how oil is priced and they think they actually make a difference.

The best thing government can do is stay out of the way and let companies invest in technology that spurs innovation. And, stay out of the way means don't tax them to hell, don't charge tolls on the roadways on which their employees travel and their product is delivered, and don't burden them with a ridiculous amount of paperwork for every overstaffed agency on Beacon Hill.

This is business as usual and just a ruse to transfer tax payer money to the rich and powerful but now inclusing academia. They used to call it corporate welfare. Now this is corporate welfare on steroids.

By the way, they can make a difference, they will make the situation worse. Once government artificially intervenes the end result is always increased prices.
