This Story is completely different from the story that was actually in the Lynn Daily Item!! Someone should get the real story and reveal it instead of putting this bull!

What ever the exact details are the whole story is just a tragedy. We have one man dead, a baby on the way with no father, and a young man with a lot of problems. I use to have Walter Claire in my class back when he was in elementary school. He was a boy with a lot of issues back then, and obviously, a lot of issues now. He had a very poor home life and upbringing. And I always suspected that he had some type of mental health issues or was bipolar. As a society, we really need to start figuring out how we can address what these kids are going through at home and how we can help. It is really very scary what some of our children go through.

Teacher:

I absolutely agree with you. The story printed above it totally wrong and they were asked to re-tract the story. The details are wrong. It's just simply a tragedy what happened to one of my family members. Jonathan had things going for him and for some imbecile to just take his life from him is disgusting and painful for my family. I am a strong believer in Karma and I believe this murderer will get what's coming to him tri-fold. We will leave it in the judge's hands. May my little cousin rest in peace as he truly will be missed.

F*** self defense it was a brutal murder on a wonderful young man who deserved to live. Some of you might think because it was a drug deal gone wrong that they are both at fault..... ehhhhh wrong u people just dont understand sometimes in the lives we grow up in all we know is hustling and thats the way we survive and take care of our responsiblities. I hope his ass has to sit in prison for life and has to deal with the thoughts everyday!!!! make him suffer

"all we know is hustling and thats the way we survive," that is just sickening. Get a real job, and face reality that a REAL paying job doesnt earn the money that "drug money" gives you, but hey atleast you won't end up gunned down. Of course everyone deserves life, but you live by the gun you die by the gun. Karma's a real bitch huh?

Wow. Everyone has an opinion. Right or Wrong. However, no matter how you live, you will pay for what you give. Now two lives are destroyed. Two families are ripped apart and for what? No matter what the circumstance, it is always very sad when Mothers have to lose their Sons in such tragic fashion. RIP Jon.

I knew both people involved the shooter and the victim, regarless of what anyone thinks or says the whole thing started when walter decided to rip jonathans cousin off , jonathan went down to get her money back and walter started flashing a gun ... well the gun was pulled out so if anyone shot their gun in " self defense " it was jonathan !!! sux because out of the 2 jonathan was a good kid great person where walter always had issues ... his upbringing and family was not the greatest and yes i knew them as well ... but jonathan had respect for people and was always there for friends and family that s what he was doing that night helpin out his cousin because walter decided to rip her off !!!

so get all ya stories straight before you start pointing fingers

I am sorry for your loss, i understand, my family was born and raised in Lynn, and my 37 yr. old brother was just murdered 2 months ago by an 18 year old thug! all over a misunderstanding. I will never know how people like these murderers think, jsut out to kill someone? I just don't understand. My life is completely changed forever with the murder of one of my family members, I can truly feel for you, and just hope you can cope better that I do, because, I am still a mess about it. I will say a p[rayer for you and hope you can find some peace and comfort during your sad, sad time.

some of them have screwed up families, some don't!
