Second teen charged in Lowell park fight

Police have made a second arrest in connection with their investigation of a stabbing late Saturday night that left a 16-year-old boy with two serious stab wounds.

i would like to know if you are a parent? not being one myself i am still not willing to see that done.......thinking back to when i was that age........i did some thing's that just were WRONG!! but mom and dad should not have been blamed i knew right from wrong .......you have a point if the parent's just don't care

If you are saying that its the parents fault, then you're crazy. If a 16 or 14 year old gets in an accident, must be the parents fault? Gets beat up at school, must be the parents fault. What if the parents faught at a park, who's fault is it? Thier parents? They can't be there all the time. Its the daily influences that they see that make them do things. You see this stuff in and out of school. Thats just society, you can't control everything. If you could this would be a perfect world but its not.

Yeah, I know what you mean. Just today I saw several white dudes charged with OUIs in the Lowell District Court. Seems like there's another one every day. The leaders of the white community need to step up and address this promblem with their people. It's just so tragic.

You know what's an even bigger joke and more upsetting. We give these camodian communities in lowell thousends of dollars every year to help them in their community. I'd really like to know where that money goes. Time to start deporting gang members, they are little punks who do nothing positive in the community. Boston did it last summer, don't see why Lowell can't.

Many of them are illegals, in Boston last year the deported over 300 illegal alien gang members. Even if they are born here we should still deport them if they aren't going to contribute to society, go back to where there from and be a burdon on their soceity not ours.

Why arent there any asian leaders? Where are the older asians to guide these kids and teach them from right and wrong? How come none of these people step up to help there younger friends?
