Connolly mum on cop raises

Walsh, called on the police union and city negotiators to head back to the bargaining table in order to protect taxpayers.

another good reason to disband unions in government service.
The citizens of Boston should have the final say in what is or is not a good contract they pay the bills.
No police person on the planet in worth a 24% pay increase,
They are already over paid to stand around construction sites to do nothing.
They have not take the guns drugs out of the hood.
they should take a pay cut based on performance.

let the tax payers of Boston decide what if any the pay raise or pay cut should be.
bet the people of some districts of Boston who have never had a pay raise would object to this outrageous thief of tax payers monies.
cowards in city hall need to stand up to this outrage.
