Two fifth-grade students at Fort Colville Elementary School in the small town of Colville in US state of Washington may be charged with conspiracy to commit murder after admitting to school authorities that they planned to used the weapons, found in the backpack of a 10-year-old kid, to lure another student outside the school and kill her “because she was really annoying,” The Los Angeles Times reports Friday. According to the report, the two boys also confessed last week that they planned to harm an additional six students at the learning center. “This was a plan. And it was a plan to kill,” said Stevens County Prosecutor Timothy Rasmussen on Thursday. Rasmussen added that he would argue in court that the 10-year-old and his 11-year-old codefendant be held “criminally responsible on charges of conspiracy to commit first-degree murder and witness tampering - a charge filed after authorities said the boys promised to pay $80 to a student if he agreed not to tell anyone about the plot,” according to the report. "To me, 10- and 11-year-olds do bad things," said Rasmussen. "They throw rocks through windows. They shoot BB guns at people's cars. They hit people with sticks, they set a cat on fire. Those are things that children do. But this was a plot to kill." When questioned separately shortly after the weapons were discovered, the two pupils confessed to their plot, authorities said. "I was going to kill her with the knife and [the other boy] was supposed to use the gun to keep anyone from trying to stop me or mess up our plan," the older boy told detectives. When shown a class list, according to the report, the boy identified six other classmates who were targeted. Incidents of school shootings in the US has continued unabated following the December 2012 massacre of 20 children and six adults at a elementary school in the state of Connecticut. 1 Why do People think Black People have higher Crime rates than White People!? March 22, 2010 By admin For instance, lots of people use statistics to ‘prove’ blacks commit more crimes than whites. However, their argument is flawed because they only look at the crimes blacks typically commit. They ignore white collar crime like identity theft, embezzlement, toxic dumping, corporate crimes, real estate fraud etc. Also,the fact that black communities tend to generally have lower income levels in comparison to whites means it is to be expected that certain crimes would be commited more often within their communities, which would be the case for any group of people. The argument is bunk. In fact, when you measure the crimes by the amount of damage the crimes create (in terms of dollars lost and human suffering), the exact opposit is true. Whites are responsible for the vast majority of crimes done to society. |

I think the vortex represents all suspicion of white women being lost when suspicion of people of color continues. I have seen so many white people "breaking the rules" and I report them. Especially on my campus. I snap photos with my cell phone and I have the police on speed dial. I was with a white female friend of mine at a gym trying to pay for our use of the facilities for the past hour. The guy at the cash register was fumbling through all sorts of stuff, very inefficient, and taking a long time. There was a cue. My friend said, c'mon, let's go. I said, "But, but, we can't just leave and not pay." She said, "Well, it's his fault for being stupid." Me: "But...but..." as I followed her out the door. My first thought,'The only reason she can get away with that without it hurting her conscience is because she's white. If I ever did that, it would contribute to making life more difficult for all the other Asians living here.' I was in disbelief for awhile as I didn't know people do such things so casually. I'm half black, and currently reside in Chicago, so I'm cautious to say the least. However, when I visited my native Pacific Northwest, I went to a store with a childhood friend. He's the acoustic guitar playing, peace corps Christian type, but a very nice person. We went into a grocery store in Seattle... and he proceeded to eat a banana from the produce department as we were shopping. I was uncomfortable to the point of sort of walking separately from him as we continued to gather items. Turns out that when we got to checkout and weren't able to properly pay for the banana that he ate because it was priced at weight.... the cashier just let him go. It was mind-boggling. 1 I think most white people almost view it as their role in society these days to help black people achieve what they could not do on their own. Isn't that what a progressive society should do. Maybe the blacks could repay the favor by showing us how to improve at things we're not so naturally gifted at - like basketball and sprinting. |
