Hi S.A.M! I assume your wife also enjoyed 'Fame'? I always like dance movies! Think if i give KJ enough of a hint, he will take me out for this one?

I saw "Law Abiding Citizen" this weekend. Jamie Foxx was really good in it. If you like suspense films with a revenge storyline--check it out!

Last night I watched Anvil on DVD. It's about the metal band by the same name. It was pretty good.

I've never heard of it. It sounds interesting. You don't seem like the type that would be into heavy metal.lol I would have never guessed.

KJ, do you remember I mentioned to you the movie 'The Motorcycle Diaries'? I was panting after that actor Gael Garcia Bernal.. lol. But this is actually a very good movie. The fact that ‘Che Guevara’ made such a trip at a young age (23) and learned so much about the people and social justice impressed me to no end. I knew he later developed into a controversial figure in Latin America history, but seeing this movie gave me some understanding.

On a lighter note, the banter between the boys on the road was pretty funny. They like women and they portrayed the idealistic, carefree, happy-go-lucky, buy compassionate young men well. Just like you, my king.:)

The Story of Anvil is the best documentary I've seen in years.

It kind of reminded me of a reality show. It was kind of depressing but at least it got better at the end.

Hey KJ have you seen that Jamie Foxx movie ‘The Soloist’? He will probably get an Oscar nomination for this performance (if he hasn’t already). Anyway, it’s kind of sentimental. Maybe not your type. The political undertone of that movie is a bit much, you know? like an one-man mission by a ‘great white man savior’ and all.. lol. But I think Robert Downey Jr is perfect for that role – a morally indignant man with issues of his own. I've seen the interviews of the real people behind the story. Looks like some good acting at least. P.S., some of the homeless scenes in downtown LA are heart wrenching... ouch!

No I haven't seen The Soloist. I actually like a lot of dramatic films. Even the sentimental ones.lol If it's done well. Some tear-jerkers can be deecnt films.I recently saw "Abiding Citizen" starring Jamie Foxx. It was pretty good but it was kind of a revenge tale. Maybe not your type of film. But I may check out The Soloist,I heard Jamie and Robert were really good in it. I recently saw the preview for "Sherlock Holmes" starring Robert Downey Jr. It looks like it will be good.

I friend of mine told me it was pretty funny. I might check it out. And the yoga guy looks familiar. Can't figure out where I've seen him before.

I know he does look familiar. He may just look different with long hair. It's amazing how different some men look with a different hair do.

He made the whole movie.

I saw Abiding Citizen too. I loved it KJ. But Gerard Butler's character went overboard in revenge. He went too far. But Jamie Foxx was really great.

It is very funny. I liked it. We got free tickets to go and I hadn't even heard of the movie before that.

Daily Horoscope for December 30

Taurus

It's no good - the prospect of visiting the post-Christmas sales has become too tempting for you to resist any longer. No matter what you're doing today, you'll try to squeeze in the opportunity to dash around some of your favourite shops and see what's on offer. You could snap up some bargains but you should guard against the urge to splurge on items that you don't really want or need. The price of something may have been slashed but the acid test is whether you'd still buy it if it were full price. If not, leave it in the shop!
