okay. this is a good night time snack.... slice up an apple, put in a bowl add a little water in the bottom, put plasic(sp) wrap over it and duke it. sprinkle cinnamon, splenda(SP) and gronola (SP)..ON TOP.. TASTE LIKE APPLE PIE. remember eating after 7pm puts calories on.. but if you must eat try the above.or steamed veggies, cereal with fruit and skim milk is good. try warm milk makes you sleep.sorry for the misspelled words. Good night. whats for breakfast??

Monstro. I have over three decades of childcare behind me, I have all the older Disney animated features pretty much down pat.
I only know Melbourne is capital of Victoria because a friend of a friend lives there and it was part of a long discussion one night.

3 C cooked/cold angel hair pasta or other very thin noodles

1.5 T oil
Thai chiles 1 to 3 depending on how hot you like it.
sweet chile 1 (or about 1.5 T finely chopped bell)
yellow wax 1 (optional)

Sprinkle of salt

1" piece of Crystalized Ginger minced finely or put through garlic press
(or a little less than 1/4 teaspoon of ground, but the crystalized stuff is better)

1 1/2 T rice vinegar (or wine vinegar, pretty much anything but white)
1 T honey
1 tsp soy sauce

2 to 3 T finely chopped onion, or chives
2 T fine chopped cilantro
sprinkle of garlic powder
Shake of pepper
1/2 tsp chili powder or cayenne
Squirt lime juice

Sweat the chiles and onion in the oil on low with the salt for just a few minutes, add ginger and stir well.
(if you're using chives don't add them until you're mixing it all up)
Take off heat and add vinegar, honey, and soy sauce. Stir and toss in pasta, add the rest and toss well.
Chill in fridge for at least an hour before serving.

The best way to mix this all up when you get to the last part is with your hands. You'll either need gloves or wash them really well as soon as you're done mixing to avoid burning your eyes or other "tender" places later.(a little bleach in water will usually neutralize the capsicum)
This is SOOOO good as a change of pace from potato salad at a picnic and has the added bonus of not going bad quickly since there is no mayo.

Gosh, you must have a rough jungle to deal with. You eat ALL of this in the morning??? I mean it sounds good, I know if someone were to put ALL of THIS on a table I would have a field day eating but I wouldn't be WORTH anything! Now grilled tomatoes are good, ANY vegetable on the grill is great, but who has the time to get up and grill in the morning? I need to make a trip to YOUR house one morning!!! My hat is off to you!
