And expanding on the subject, while I agree in educating the public; what the recent exposure of NSA domestic surveillance shows everyone of us victims is that without "explicit documentation", nothing would have come to light!

So what that tells me, is unless you have a viable plan beyond just handing out pamplets to the public, your efforts will altimately become completely useless. Because without formal documentation, all you have over time is piece of useless paper, negated by discredited stalking efforts by your corrupt neighborhood cop screwing with your family !

And that plan may want to incorporate continually documenting OS felony crimes/violations with both a baseline and timeline, formally and officially to the departments within the DOJ ( US Atty Gen., FBI, OIG, FOIA) followed up by documenting obstruction of justice, tampering, reprisals, etc., to legislators (as someone else has recommended)! Along with existing published documentation (from which you "don't" have to hop on a plane to china), this becomes YOUR viable "explicit documentation" !!

What is OS / GS if not applications of civil servant entity/agency domestic surveillance abuses? Huh, same as within the NSA ! Go figure!

Funny how people say they want a third party. And I can simpathize.
But I think we already got one. And its trying to take over the system behind the scenes.
A couple of years ago, I went to a counselor as part of a vocational program. They told me to fill out a form in the waiting room. I noticed a older man standing there watching me. I tried to speak to him, but he just stood there like a soldier. Then I found that the pen they gave me wouldnt write. After trying several times to make it write, I found that it had a tiny clear plastic piece on it to prevent it from writing.(a nearly invisable cap over the tip of the pen) I removed it and started filling out the form. Then the silent man walked out.
Yeah, I think I've lived that story as well....

You're right that documents are important for exposing government participation in crimes like gang stalking.

So far, the documents I know of are listed here with links and descriptions of each and why they're important. Visit this website and click on the "Gang Stalking Documents" tab.

SUPREME COURT: SEXUAL HARASSMENT, DISCRIMINATION OK

Court Deals Blows to Workers Alleging Sexual Harassment, Discrimination

The Supreme Court also struck potential blows to workers who allege sexual harassment and discrimination in the workplace with a pair of decisions Monday. In the first case, the Court narrowly defined a worker’s "supervisor" as someone who can change a person’s employment status, thus limiting legal protections for those harassed by superiors who lack such direct control. In a separate ruling, the Court backed a tighter standard for workers to prove they have been the victims of retaliation after complaining about discrimination. Both rulings were decided by a 5-to-4 vote. Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg called on Congress to overturn them with new laws.

IRS: WE TARGET EVERYONE

Documents Show IRS Targeting of Progressive Groups

Newly surfaced documents show the targeting of certain groups for extra scrutiny by the Internal Revenue Service extended beyond right-wing or tea party organizations. The terms "progressive," "Israel" and "Occupy" all appeared on so-called "be-on-the-lookout" lists used by IRS employees reviewing applications for tax-exempt status. Interim IRS chief Danny Werfel told reporters on a conference call Monday the agency has eliminated the use of such lists and admitted: "There was a wide-ranging set of categories and cases that spanned a broad spectrum." The IRS has apologized for scrutinizing right-wing groups amid a scandal that sparked the exit of several agency officials.

CHRIS PYLE: WHISTLEBLOWER ON CIA SPYING ON AMERICANS IN THE 70'S

As NSA director General Keith Alexander blasts the leaks that exposed widespread surveillance of Americans, we’re joined by Chris Pyle, a former military instructor who exposed the CIA and Army’s monitoring of millions of Americans in the 1970s.

Pyle discovered the Army and CIA were spying on millions of Americans engaged in lawful political activity while he was in the Army working as an instructor. His revelations prompted Senate hearings, including Senator Frank Church’s Select Committee on Intelligence, ultimately leading to a series of laws aimed at curbing government abuses.

Now teaching constitutional law and civil liberties at Mount Holyoke College, Pyle says the NSA is known for attacking its critics instead of addressing the problems they expose.

Strange how whichever political party is in power almost immediately starts to abuse it's power.

Politics was really awful in the 70s because of the Vietnam war, watergate and the generation gap. There was also the Cold War. Some people had good awareness, though, because they wanted to avoid McCarthy era stuff and whatever else, Amazing how this stuff just creeps in. I guess that mkultra was shut down in 1973 or 1974. At least the music was really good back then. Sorry, I don't have anything intelligent to say. Politics isn't my thing.

I just wish that someone in politics would make some laws to stop gangstalking & the liberal side of things has a history of sticking up for persecuted people slavery , womens rights, social security. labor unions. the McCarthey era, the war in Vietnam, the civil right movement. I just dont think the Republicans are geared up for anything but wars & the economy.

There are a few honest politicians in both parties (such as Republican Rand Paul, and Democrat Ron Wyden) but for the most part there's no difference between Dem's and Repub's on civil liberties. Obama is basically a war monger for example (drone assassinations, NSA spying, DOJ spying on reporters, prosecution of whistle-blowers, raids on medical marijuana clinics, etc.)

Only the Libertarian party is serious about civil liberties. The two major parties just represent the banking industry and the military industrial complex.

REGUARDING POLITICS AND ORGANIZED STALKING:

The person who I believe caused many (or most) of my problems was multi-faced in many different respects. Basicly, he claimed to he liberal, conservative, Republcan, Democrat, Baptist, Mormon,
No religion, Anti gay, Gay friendly, Prolife, Pro choice. Super trustworthy, and someone who had commited crimes. Actually, what he was, was "very popular" and "extremely social". With an ability to WORK GROUPS and DIVIDE PEOPLE. People believe a great deal of information from well liked people without verifying it. A mega-social person can really work the angles. And it can take many years before people start comparing notes on a well-liked person.

Sometimes, the stalking is a way to seperate people from others to prevent comparing notes on a person or people.

(individual cases will vary)

It's difficult for me to say. I think that Obama didn't have enough experience in politics to be able to do a good job. I think he maybe wanted to experiment with covert, psyop methods of warfare as a way of avoiding violence. All these "lone wolf" attacks were "predicted" by Janet napolitano right before they started. It disgusts me to see Obama " shedding tears " while giving his stupid grief speeches at the memorials. He should have fired eric holder a year ago. Probably also Janet napolitano.

The personality you describe is written up as a typical stalker personality. And separating groups of people so they don't become powerful is written as a major reason for government to use gang stalking. People just have to work underground now the way that they do in communist countries.

It took me a while to figure this out, but people in politics are obviously the ones who are doing the gang stalking. That's why they won't recognize it. Psyops was a major innovation in the fight on terrorism. They have been so into it that they have allowed the war to go for longer than any other war just to see what would happen. There also may be some coverups. The FBI has announced that gangs realized that they could join the military in order to learn all these tactics. They came back and taught each other. I think there was a campaign, maybe research project, on using tactics to then catch the perps through psyops as well. That's why the Santa Cruz police department made their announcement that gang stalking is real. They needed to find people who felt they were victims and then they started following us. I know that's when the police started following me around. I think they caught some of the perps and then shut down the operation. I wasn't on th Internet be ause I couldn't stand talking to perps. I made some bad comments on the Internet which were offensive but totally true and deserved. It so happens i was trying to write a book in a library where defense contractors were practicing computer hacking. They didn't know I was being stalked. They just knew I had insulted certain people so I assume they put me on a list and decided to feed me to the dogs and contribute to the stalking. I couldn't concentrate on writing because I sensed my computer was constantly being hacked. Also, they started deleting everything and rearranging things and stalking me in general on line. A couple of guys looked at me and sneere while walking by. Ten all kinds of old Asians started sitting in the library. They would do coughing campaigns when anything happened that they didn't like. I first saw it when a guy walked by who had just been beaten up. People would cough as he would walk by. Mostly these old Asians. Then the Hispanics would march through the library really fast and my car was constantly getting broken into in the parking lot. The It department and the security guards were all spying. It's so awesome that these leaks are outing google and yahoos connections with the military and government spying. At least I geta little bit of relief. I understand some of it but somebody could have contacted me to tell me that I wasn't safe. Instead they decided to use me as bait and now as mealtime for the piranhas and they are giving e piranhas citizenship. Hahaha. They hired the terrorists to do their dirty work. Oh. Well they did probably remove a couple of Arabs. Back in the day, an Arab idiot sat across from me in the library, glaring and shaking the table while masturbating. When he got up he left a book on the table about al Qaeda.

Imagine that the police have a secret unit called popularity control, & a bunch of cops sit behind computers with gps maps on them. they follow targets, they see one of us going to a grocery store or a library. they radio a under cover cop to order some civil they found in some buisiness that was under extortion by the police, to meet the target there & harass the target with some sort of stupid body language thing. the civilian is told that if they dont do it theyll be next. Popularity control hates the constitution hate freedom they mark territory with dead bodys popularity control sucks!!!!!!!!!!shit!!!!!
