I am not insane, everything I say is true. I know who they are and what they do and why. Why is it so hard to believe some perps can stalk you using infrared cameras when they have access to so many surveillance devices nowadays. We are in 21st century people...phone tapping, cameras are everywhere and every time. The idea is that they are more and more. My only question is what can I do legally? There must be a special department or some attorneys in the field. The ones that advertise online usually help people accused of targeting, stalking and harassing others instead of defending their victims. Weird...the law is with these crooks. Any suggestion is appreciated.
These people are actually a bunch of crooks that practice stalking, intimidation and harassment for personal purposes. They are leaders of the church in my community, with 'fear of God', but they actually steel people's money and belongings, their identity, commit a lot of illegal activities. They are all hackers(most of them work at Microsoft) as a cover for what they actually do. It starts as a simple illegal activity (a stolen good) and then it turns into intimidation and harassment. Stalking is part of what they do. They target people, befriend with them, supervise their houses(using all kinds of methods, infrared cameras too...very easy to access these devices when you are a thief), before and after break ins(just to make sure they don't know). They've been doing this for years. So why is so hard to believe they use all these devices and turn everyone against me? They have reasons. Here is one of them...

So, what are they; where do they come from; what is the source behind this predatory culture of "OS" national criminals?

Recent "published facts" seem to confirm a connection to a military culture, passing on criminality reflective to, or a main resource of civil servant/enforcement "organized scheming" corruption, crimes, violations, victimization and obstruction?

1. Within the military 1 in 4 victims fear retribution if they were to press charges!(That brings the total to 34,500 cases of sexual assault last year)!(Over 30yrs [as some victims attest] that means 1/2 million or more predisposed to being deviant [active/retired] predators/criminals within/exiting the military alone!)

2. 6% percent of women and 1% of men suffered sexual assault in the military!(A universal crime by the way).

3. Combat soldiers have increasing odds (more likely), of committing violent crimes and/or threaten violence than civilians!

4. A problem of injustice and an inept Pentagon that persists or gotten worse (in dealing with sexual assaults)!

5. A House rep (states): "need for taking cases involving rape and sexual assaults out of the chain of command"!

6. The Secretary of Defense:(on sexual assaults) "a threat to safety and welfare of people, reputation and trust of the institution"!

Does the military appear to be a main source specific to "OS" criminality, targeted victimization, assaults, harassment, intimidation, defamation, accusations, framing, entrapment, retribution, abuse and misconduct (authority, service, resources, position, duties, influence)?

Does the military appear to be a main resource specific and distinctive to "OS" and lawlessness, violations, assaults, victimization and resulting self-protective corruption, obstruction, fraud, neglect, deception and manipulation passed on to others?

And therefore a "transitional OS" military resource of abuse/misconduct adapted to civil servant/enforcement illegal and unwarranted civilian targeted assaults, vilification, criminalization, felony crimes, fraud, falsifications and violations (cyberstalking, tracking, eavesdropping, wiretapping, hacking, recording, tampering, employment/financial, medical/legal, privacy, civil rights, liberties, constitutional, Patriot/Safe Acts)!

Not all military obviously, but as realized, a rotten apple in a basket (local enforcement), spoils (corrupts) the whole bunch (remember the 34,000 assaults and esculating)! These are national, "organized scheming" felony crimes after all; attributes of which even the FBI and USDOJ recognize (by which "corrupt career employees" have learned to obstruct victim's efforts)! Talk about a threat to safety, welfare of people, reputation and trust of the institution!!

When gangstalking budget run dry, because after several long years the TI is had actually adapted, smarted-up, and only gotten even stronger. And if you're a TI, you would notice that the gangstalking activities is only good on a two-block radius from where you live. Furthermore, as a TI veteran, you will also enjoy a little bit of privacy and freedom from harassment when you go beyond that two-block radius,(a mile or two), on a random spur of the moment adventure. However, your perps can still keep up with you whenever you stay stationary at one location,(say at the park for instance). So don't stay in one place for more than thirty minutes, because that's how long it takes to coordinate you at such short moments notice. In my case I purposely stay longer, because I enjoy seeing my perps scrambling, flustered, and trying so desperately hard only to be dropped like a hot potato at the very last minute upon their arrival.
That wouldn't be too cost effective. In fact, just a complete waste of their time, money, and energy. There are limits to a depleting gangstalking budget.

Some people will do just about anything for drugs. That's why most of my perps look really haggard and desperately at the end of their rope. It's hard to get mad at them, so I just feel pity on them sometimes. Zombified and chained-down by their handlers with drugs. So sad.

Do you think some corrupt cops are their handlers and recruiters? Because I heard some perps are even blackmailed and passed around for sexual favors after they've been hooked and framed on drugs. That must be why these perps are well trained in this psychological con, considering the source and powerhouse of it all.

military gene pool > civil servant/enforcement gene pool > neighborhood watch gene pool = OS gene pool.

military felony crimes/violations > civil servant/enforcement felony crimes/violations > neighborhood watch felony crimes/violations = OS felony crimes/violations !

Doesn't get any more complicated than that!

My perspective is from the lowest tier of this activity. Then, I started observing the connections up the "chain of command". For a long time, I felt like I was the only one who had this picture in my mind of the criminal "chain of command". And for a time I was influenced by the "network". I believe there were times that I relayed info that could have resulted in another person being victimized. I was friends with the leader of the lower tier in the area where I live.
Now, I would describe this as a Crime Cult.
The structure is similar to the Church of Scientology.

OS is of course a by-product of a corrupt legal system of extreme arrogance and pomposity. A system engaged in illegal, unwarranted self-serving felony violations and felony crimes at the expense of everyone's privacy, civil/legal rights, liberties, democratic, societal and constitutional protections.

OS is the biggest scam to target the public, since McCarthyism.

OS is a corrupt, violating civil servant sleazy crime; it's alway's been a corrupt, violating civil servant sleazy crime and it will always be a corrupt, violating civil servant sleazy crime! And it's sadistic, perverse roots and pre-occupation are well documented every week, across this country alone!

A possible source of gang stalking could be employment of unlicensed people to perform private investigations. I assuming that many investigators hire unemployed and poor people to do their dirty work. Then they spread the gossip about you in their communities. They tell everyone what to do and how to do it without getting caught. That way they don't get sued and the source of the stalking and harassment is impossible to track.

In caifornia there is a place to report this. http://www.bsis.ca.gov/industries_regulated/u... .

Of course I doubt the private investigators are going to investigate this kind of thing.

Chinese artist ai weiwei has been detained a couple of times by the Chinese government for speaking out about politics in his country. The government last held him for about 3 months and didn't tell anyone where he was. I heard that he admitted guilt when they showed him a video of his lawyer getting electrocuted up his butt. Ai just made a heavy metal rock video about his detention. This guy is fearless. http://www.guardian.co.uk/artanddesign/2013/m...

The following are excerps from a PDF publication

ORGANIZED STALKING:
INFORMATION FOR PEOPLE
FOR WHOM THIS CRIME IS
A NEW ISSUE

** In my own case, I was working in the city of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, in 1980.
One day a rather nasty looking middle aged man on a bicycle brushed past me on the
sidewalk in front of my apartment house, screeched to a stop, turned around, and stared
intently at me until I entered the building. When I got home, I discovered my underwear had
holes punched in the crotches. I found some supplies which had been nearly full were now
nearly empty. There was no evidence of a break-in, so clearly, someone had used a key.
No valuable items, like my TV set, were taken.
I began to pop wide awake every single night, and no matter how still I laid there, no matter
how quiet it was, no matter how physically comfortable I was, sleep was absolutely
impossible until daybreak, then I had to get up to go to work.
Formerly friendly residents would no longer talk to me, but give me icy stares. Up until
perhaps 11 pm each night, endless loud radios and banging noises became my constant
companions. Before that, the apartment house had been quiet, and friendly.
Clearly "something was up," but I had no idea what. It wasn't until I read a paper on the
Internet by former U.S. Army intelligence officer Julianne McKinney about organized stalking
and electronic harassment activity, 16 years later, that I had any idea there were others going
through this. No known cause for starting the harassment.
** A social worker reported that her harassment started when she was hired to care for a
young girl who had been through Hellish ritual abuse torture, and had developed multiple
personalities as a result.(This is normal for children who are severely tortured.) The social
worker found that she was being followed. Her house was broken into and the intruders were
going through her possessions. Verbal harassment by strangers followed. No obvious cause
for starting the harassment.

This is a form foia letter to send to the FBI. Seems a little long but at least it will put a bunch of pertinent information in their systems if they process it. Looks like it was written by a lawyer
