I Hit a white man in his Adam's Apple today

I had a physical fight with a white man today. We had an argument over politics at a restaurant. He was reading the magazine, NewsMax and his table was next to mine. I told him that the trash he was ready is written by a homosexual white man name Chris Ruddy.
The white man was drinking coffee, and told me to "go to hell! I told him to "kiss my black ass!"
He then threw down his magazine, and stood up sternly. Then I kicked a chair under my table, got up, and balled up my fists. People started running out of the restaurant.
The white man charged me, and pushed me to the floor. I got up, and slammed a hard right hand into his Adams Apple. He gasped, fell to one knee, then I kicked him in his head.
He was down on all floors and I yelled at him, "ADMIT THAT OBAMA IS A GREAT PRESIDENT!!!!"
He refused to admit that, and I kicked him in the head, real hard. The restaurant manager called police, and I ran up to him, and I hit him in his nose, then I ran out of the restaurant.

Not cool dude! I am a Black man and although i understand your anger towards NewsMax (it is a right-wing propaganda arm spreading lies) you must realize that freedom of speech in your country is a Constitutional right.

You were WRONG in what you did. Yes, he charged you first which gave you the legal right to fight back but lets face it you were the one that triggered the situation in the first place. You were purposely looking for a fight. Seems childish to me. Why confirm yet another stereotype about our race when we have so many negative ones at least some of us are trying to disprove.

I am a Canadian Doctor (plastic surgery) and one of my favorite hobbies is following American politics for the past 10 years very closely, and personally i feel Obama is a center-right president (based on his actions). In my country he would be viewed as a crazy radical right lune despite having Leftist Liberal rhetoric that people everywhere love to hear. In other words, he campaigns as a Liberal but governs as a Conservative (crippled and incompetent).

Personally, if i was American i would not have voted for Obama (assuming i didnt live in a Swing State) but instead have voted for Jill Stein of the Green Party (now THAT is a true liberal). Maybe it is because of my field since most doctors tend to be Liberal thinkers (ie, we have a need to care for people). Romney was just yet another intellectually challenged Conservative and so was a certified embarrassment. Ironically, he wound up with 47% of the popular vote which harks back to his infamous tape that blamed 47% of Americans as worthless. Poetic justice for America.

Thanks for the advice. I am a newspaper publisher/editor and happened to be in a bad mood on the day in question. But he started it, he was one of those redneck types and it was a bad scene. I boxed amateur, and he took on more than he bargained for.

I am an exceptionally intelligent Black man, I have a masters degree from the University of Tulsa, a Bachelors degree from the University of Oklahoma.
My GPA wasn't very high when I got my Bachelors because I partied so much at OU. But when I received my Master's, my GPA was 3.7. I am a very tall and good looking Black man. I am self employed and make a very good living.
