Would seem that this person has tried to deal with Alcena through channels--point is he has the channels in his pocket.

If you read her other blogs it seems when she went to officials, first thing they did is call Alcena...When the guy has used corrupt influence to remove the ability of embassies, police, etc. to provide the succor and protection that SHOULD be there...well..maybe some further digging into this is necessary on your parts before you just condemn this person.

Do you guys who are condemning her recognize that? or are you doing that condemnation for other reasons.

Understand Alcena is making lots of gestures to Cuba lately--you think you want a guy like this for some reason? Maybe you should looker further, and think deeper.

Well Mr. Alcena supposedly now has a Master of pharmacy program going on now Aug 8, 2006...we'lll see how that goes. There is a class of about 10 people and the classes are going on!

One does not need to be a rocket scientist to understand that McHari Institute $30,000 -$40,000 degrees are not worth the paper it is written on.Similarly,most of this institution students are looking for the easy way out.They are too lazy to meet the fundamentals of High School education, Associate Degree, Undergraduate Degree as a prerequisite to do an accreditated educational program.

Don't blame Kevin, blame the gullible individuals who want their microwave degrees in six to nine months without having the necessary prerequisites!

Anyone who spends this amount of time and energy into trying to make Kevin Alcena or anyone else look bad is immature. Why don't you all stop and think about it? Whenever anyone in this country or in life in general tries to foward themselves, and isn't afraid to tell a few people a piece of their mind, there is always that ONE person who doesn't want them to succeed. For one reason or another that one person will do whatever they can to bring that person down, but you all are acting like the man is the anti-christ! He is just like everyone else, in the sense that he is making a living the best way he can. If he really was a scam artist, i mean REALLY was a scam artist, you very well know that this island is small enough to where he would NEVER get business again after all the comments made about him. But he IS STILL getting students. Why? Because he is credible. I'm sorry but, I know of people(high-ranking or not) who have taken his courses, gotten their degree and went on with life, with a little extra money in their bank account because of their new found knowledge. As Bahamians, we are a jealous people when we are ready, and we are making ourselves look bad for trying so hard to make one of our own look bad. Is your day going to be any better now that you feel you have succeeded at making someone else look like a fool? Come on! And you want to judge his website because it doesn't look hi-tech enough? I highly doubt that EVERY single person who commented on him and his website even OWN ONE! You think you have affected Kevin Alcena? I think not!After all you've written, he will still get up tomorrow as he does everyday and find students without even thinking about what you wrote the day before. Act like decent adults, and not children spending time gossiping about this one, and the next. If your life was sooo great, you wouldn't spend it focusing on other people's.

Kevin Alcena is back at it again only now going under another name...Dr. Turnquest I think it is. Too many gullible Bahamians are falling for his scam. I must admit however, he is very good at what he does!!!
