My son was born in Fort Wayne, IN.
He is held in Bulgaria without my permission.

The most of the story is online:

The most of the text is in Bulgarian.
There is some info in English.

His mother refuses to give me access to my son.
I am not allowed to talk or see him.

I can not go back in Bulgaria since I can not come back in USA.

I have applied for access to my son through the US State Department and the Hague Convention
