hi all,
I have problems with my skin on face. I have very senitive red dry patchy face. I am not using any chemical preparations, scrubs or anything similar. I was, but they weren't helping me, actually they made situation even worse, so i had to stop. I use baby oil when removing makeup, and is the only product that doesn't make my poor skin even more irritated.
But i don't use baby oil for moisturizing because it leaves oily residue on skin. I mean, my skin is dry, despite that baby oil is too oily for dry skin. But, since i started using it, skin on face got a bit better- less patches. Nevertheless, my skin is still sensitive, red and dry.http://www.promaquillaje.c om/category/kit-maquillaje-kit -maquillaje-profesional

Do u have any suggestions what products i should use??
Please, help!

Hi,
I was going to recommend a brand that I use called Caudalie that I love since my skin falls on the sensitive side too. But I'm not sure if that brand is sold in Bangladesh. You may be able to order through a beauty site one I know that sells it is Sephora. Maybe you can find it on ebay. I like their cleansing water to take off makeup. And the creams are great. However if you want some home remedies try mixing milk and honey and putting it on your face for 15-20 min. rinse with lukewarm water. Sometimes even oatmeat is good for redness. So you might want to try that. And also apply either Olive oil, almond oil as well as coconut oil for the dryness. Of course make sure you stay out of the sun with these products! Hope that helps!:)

Hi there,

That's not good to hear that you're having some trouble with red dry patches on your skin :( I get very dry skin on my face as well and sometimes I also get eczema on the the skin on my face. Not sure if it is the same for you. One thing that I do for my face is that I know the chlorine and hard water in the tap water effects my skin very badly by drying it out. So I have installed a basin tap filter on my basin tap (I got this one in the UK http://www.pureshowers.co.uk/product_info.php... ) so now when I wash my face it is only in filtered water. It has helped a lot. You might want to try something like that?

Hi, I know you dislike the oil residue feeling oils give.
However I have REALLY dry skin. The only thing that's ever really worked for me is pure organic rosehip oil. I use Trilogy Rosehip oil, you can find it online. I only use a few drops and massage it into my face before bed, it doesn't feel oily if you only use 2-3 drops because that's all you need :). I wake up every morning with soft hydrated skin. You can even add a few drops to your moisturizer for extra hydration. There are no chemicals in it too which is more gentle for your skin.

Hi, I have similar problems as you do.
Clinique facial moisturizer would usually do the trick :)
