I don't know about InBev. Its cool that they love our American Beer and want to exploit it. But its an American Product and should stay in America with American workers. This company was American Born and brewed, and once they sell we all know people will be losing thier jobs in a year to three years because its cheaper to produce the beer in other countries.

Actually the "American" brewing industry was for the most part begun by immigrants form Germany. Anheuser-Busch is only succumbing on an international level to what they themselves did in the previous century to smaller brewers across America. I can recall as a child the many fine local brews especially as I lived near Cincinnati. Most of those have disappeared and what remain have had their formulas purchased by bigger conglomerates and are no longer brewed in Cincinnati.

Maybe the beer won't suck anymore. With any luck, we'll get the Czech Budweiser now.

DO NOT allow them to purchase them. right now, they are looking at a hostile takeover by going to the shareholders directly. More unemployment in this country is the LAST thing we need, not to mention we don't need Bud being owned by another country.

Dont be afraid, Inbev allready bought a lot of trademarks and no where people lost their jobs. We can only hope prices become cheaper! Cheers from Belgium

Adolphus Busch IV, uncle to Anheuser chief executive August Busch IV, agreed to be put forward by Inbev as a member of an alternative board.

The move to secure Adolphus's participation threatens to create acrimony in the Busch family, already under pressure after orchestrating the rejection of Inbev's $46.3bn (£23.4bn) takeover bid last month.

Way to go JUDAS, you are not only selling out your family because of your emotional instability. Your also selling out the thousands of people who have worked hard to establish the proud name of AB
