Camby NOT happy with trade to Clippers. Go look at todays headlines. Knicks should propose Randolph for Camby and DeAndre Jordan. Or they should propose Randolph and Crawford for Camby, Jordan, and Eric Gordon. Salaries do NOT have to match because of the Clippers salary cap situation.

I like you're thinking Matt. Camby is a big time player. For those who forgot he took us to the finals against the Spurs, when Ewing got hurt. Him and Spree. You could not ask for a player with a better skill set fit than Camby for the Knicks. He is the most prolific rebounder/shot blocker out there and Jordan is also good. We have needed a shot blocker for years and let this one slip by. I think Camby could put the Knicks up with the elite teams. They would be a defensive juggernaut, Camby/Chandler/Balkman/Jeffrie s/Craw/Collins/Lee. We could hold teams under 80 with those guys. Right now the missing peice of the puzzle is a Shotblocker. Camby would be a good patch till they found someone, then they can bring someone along, maybe Jordan, possibly trade for Saer Sene off Seattle/Okl and/or Draft a player. I thought the Knicks should have really went after Dorsey and Jordan in the draft. I know they tried to get a 2nd round pick, just didn't try hard enough. Dorsey is going to be another Ben Wallace. Com'on Donnie and Danny, do we really need Duhon with Collins, Marbury, Nate and Roberson and Craw?

The Knicks should consider giving up future 1rst round picks for Dorsey and Saer Sene, a bruiser and a elite shotblocker who need a couple years to hone their skills, they wouldn't cost much and they wouldn't get in the way of signing Lebron. Personally I think Bosh would be a better fit for the Knicks with his inside game/shot blocking and athleticism, he would work well with D'An.....stay tuned.

Hey Jerry:
Camby/Chandler/Balkman/Jeffrie s/Craw/Collins/Lee - you'll hold teams under 80 with those guys, Yeah, but unfortunately the Knicks will score under 70 with those guys!
Also, don't hold your breath waiting for Lebron. He's not coming here in 2010. If he does decide to leave Cavs, he's going to his pal Jay-Z and Beyonce in Brooklyn. Dwayne Wade or Amare Stoudemaire who played for D'Antoni are the better bets.

I'm not worried about whether James comes to the Knicks or not but there are other free agents, I mentioned Bosh, that would help the Knicks. In the mean time I agree the Knicks should pick up players that can help. Camby was one of those players they could of gotten for a 2nd or 1rst rounder. My point about the Knicks keeping teams under 80 is that they would be in every game. Obviously those guys mentioned wouldn't be playing the full game, but they would help the Knicks keep the opponents in check. We have Gallinari and Curry who are big time scorers, just not great defenders.

This is a little of the topic but I'm curious. Whats the deal with Randolph Morris? Is he a Knick,a free agent or what cause he's not on the roster anymore.
