Hey Brendan Haywood, like Sir Charles said...., just keep talkin' and proving him right. You Wizards never learn.

Brown deserves the praise. I'm a little amazed and disbelieving that this two games trend will continue through the second round but at least the fun has returned. This hasn't been a fun season to watch the Cavs. Maybe because expectations are so high and the problems so obvious.

Still, Brown will have to make changes to the offense over the summer. I still want to see player changes as well. Cav's still need two starters including that illusive point guard.

I like Brendan Haywood's comments they're funny. It really wasn't that bad a foul - intentional yes, but it didn't look that dirty to me.

I agree that Haywood should not be suspended. But he is absolute loser if he's complaining about Mike Brown. I mean, the guy can't play or defend for a big guy and the only thing he can do is foul. That's what players who think they know how to play defense do. They foul. It's one thing for someone like Reggie Miller to try to trash talk or intimidate Michael Jordan but for Brendan Haywood to intimidate Lebron. That's like a everyday citizen trying to intimidate the President. It just shouldn't be done. Lebron should be protected more than stiff players like Haywood because it is those stiff players that try to take out the stars.

Pushing a playing in mid-air without even the hint of trying for the ball IS THE DEFINITION - of a flagrant 2 - and deserves suspension.

And Haywood actually complained about Brown. You must be kidding me.

On the positive side, I would like to personally thank all the Wizards for being just the chumps the Cavs needed to get them going.

I agree. Even though the old Pistons teams of the 80's and the Knick teams of the 90's were hard-nosed defensive clubs, none of their players ever pushed Jordan out of mid-air into the crew of cameramen. He' lucky he wasn't suspended and obviously if he's complaining about Mike Brown being on the court he ain't focused on what's happening between the lines, a good old-fashioned a** whipping. Keep talking and losing, we Clevenad fans appreciate you waking up the Bear in the middle of winter! Go Cavs!!

Seriously, we should quit ripping Washington's band of merry idiots, because at the end of the day, their big mouths are the reason the Cavs are playing like a well-oiled machine all the sudden.

THANK YOU, Deshawn! THANK YOU, Gilbert! Keep up the good work!!!

Nice to see our coaches getting some credit for once, as well. They're doing a heckuva job.

The Cav's are doing all right, once again they have made the playoffs, but also managed to save their Best for Last. LaBron is OK as everybody knows, and should not leave town anytime soon....But that Triv guy, is the guy that should apologize or go to New york...

DAN-NY FER-RY! DAN-NY FER-RY!

Can I predict that for Game 4 (after Washington gets blown out again in Game 3)the Wizards will sucker-punch Z during the opening tipoff and there'll be an all out brawl? Maybe Delonte West will do a strip-tease.

Seriously, I've heard of fouling your opponent's star as part of a strategy, but it seems to be the Wizards' only strategy. It was like they expected the Cavs to go home in a sulk or something. This is pathetic.

???? Your first paragraph is disturbing????

Your second, I agree with completely. The Wizards have been so caught up in being physical, they have forgotten to play basketball.

As much as I have ripped Mike Brown this year, I can admit that he has done a good job the last two games.

Like I said multiple times the last few weeks...
If the Cavs make a run at the Finals again this year, give Mike Brown the credit.
If they fail miserably in the playoffs, get rid of him!
So far, he done good!

I still am amazed every time i read Haywoods' comments. They weren't trying to hurt anyone in that game? Really? I guess shoving a guy for no reason or tripping someone who is away from the ball is all legal. Arenas is a punk and so is Haywood. Guys like them are the reason the NBA gets a bad rap.

Have you noticed Bibby lately. 4 of 17 and getting booed in Atlanta. I sure am glad we didn't go after that clunk artist. His numbers are like Hughes. My bet is on Wally and Gibson stepping up again.

Sorry RPB. If you've ever seen the movie "Slap Shot"....

Game 3, they came out, played basketball, and recorded a win with a record margin. Game four, they're slapping off headbands and kicking people while while hanging off the rim, and of course they lose. I just don't get it. The Wizards aren't a bad basketball team, they just seem to think that thuggery is the only way they can win this series. But they aren't a very big or strong team. Why would they think this would help?

Answer: They feel helpless. They saw their fate before the series even started, and they've been acting like scared little girls ever since. They knew this series would go 6 games tops, EVEN IF everything went their way. Now the bad dream is coming true... again.

Crazy thing about it? I know the feeling, and I know it well. Jordan did this to the Cavs how many years in a row? It's a helpless feeling.

Good point.....the Cavs have sometimes struggled with motivation this season, but the Wiz have definitely helped us in that regard.

And if you look at the next two (potential) rounds, we shouldn't have to worry about motivation. The Cavs and the Celtics have hated each other for several years now. And the Pistons.....that one's obvious.

Here's to the Cavs owning the Wizards tonight.
