CLEVELAND: The Cavaliers insist they didn't put any extra emphasis on Wednesday's meeting with the rival Detroit Pistons, but that's not the way they played. Full Story

I heard beat Detroit yesterday !! How funny!! Only LA owns that chant. You Cavs fans are not fierce rivals of Dee-Troit yet. They are a far superior team.I hope the Pistons fans realize that and ignore you !! There is no comparison !!
Deeeeeeeeeee-troit Basketball !!!
Far superior? Is that why the Cavs whooped them in the playoffs last year and last night. Trust me they are not trying to lay down yet and wait for the playoffs. They can still catch Boston can't they for home court thruout???

The Pistons shooting and energy was as bad as it gets last night. The Pistons have a very good record playing back to backs. The Cavs not only beat Detroit in last years playoffs they came within a tipped out rebound of beating them the year before. All that being said the Cavs have not seen this years Pistons yet. Only time will tell but this years team is not your fathers Oldsmobile.

Why don't you back up your talk.

If the Lakers get knocked out of the playoffs before the Cavs, you will no longer post on this message board. If you are so confident in Kobe and his boys and believe that the Cavs suck, you should have no problem with my proposal.

Whatta ya got?

The joke will be you you jacka$$, you'll be the only one reading this forum then. Besided that, no way the Cavs lose in the first round. Unless they are decimated by injuries.

Well that ought to shut the trap of your local writer in yesterdays paper that either thinks he's Red Auerbach or writing for The Enquirer in Cincinnati.
How can a trade be bad when Chones said and did the unthinkable in January stating they simply just don't play?

I was impressed with Sasha's defense on Hamilton. For a guy who wasnt supposed to be able to play defense a couple of years ago he's caught my eye. Hamilton or Prince were not even factors in the game. If Sasha doesnt miss a couple of layups he should've had about 16-18 points for the night. This guy is like a "Cat". He kind of lulls you to sleep and the next thing you know he's headed in to the lane or drains the 3 bomb. The "Cat" Sasha Pavlovic!

the road to the east championship travels through cleveland and neither detroit or boston scares me much at this point---and the cavs have certainly proven they can beat western conference teams, as lebron easily outplays kobe whenever they play and the makeup of the team is now such that it can easily defeat any grossly overated west team.

Paul is fantastic... keep it coming man. You're like Ralph Waldo Emerson meets Dennis Miller, on a bender, and I cant get enough.

It would be nice to see some of you show a little more confidence in this team. Seems the only time anyone has kind words for the Cavs is when they beat Detroit, and even then the Pistons seem to get the benefit of the doubt. Quit watching ESPN and listening to the national media and watch the games. Form your own opinion and block out the BS.

In other words, dont be Palalalaldadada... Bynum is Kwame Brown 2.0, Odom is old enough to get free coffee at Denny's, and Kobe cant win without an all-star supporting cast.

They can, but when it mattered they didn't win one game.
