Good vibes for Bulls

Full story: Chicago Tribune

Considering he suffered a slight sprain atop his left foot the last time he dunked, some might speculate Derrick Rose could be skittish the next time he sees an opportunity to wreck the rim.

The Clippers and Kings are pathetic basketball teams.....and the Suns are mediocre this year......Don't make a mountain out of a mole-hill. This team would still not make the playoffs if they started today, Paxson still is presiding over a disaster, and Del Negro still can't coach.
Don't be fooled.....this Bulls team is still a disaster. They could easily lose the next 7 games. Too bad we can't play the Clippers every game.

Rose needs to "hang" on to the rim(after a dunk) untill he gets his feet underneath him, before he descends back to the floor. Steady himself if you will. He landed awkwardly on both dunks...

More importantly, I look at the Bulls and see a direct correlation between how Noah and Thomas plays.
When Noah is rebounding, hustling. This team is not 1/2 bad. When Tyrus Thomas blocks shots and rebounds, this team is "in" most games.
It's uncanny how when Tyrus plays under-controll, how well the teams does. L-O-L you can count on Tyrus to get out of control(once or thrice) every game. Throw up an "Ill" advised shot, or go stumbling through the lane, turning over the ball, inevitably, Vinny takes him out of the game. The Bulls really need his shot-blocking prowess EVERY GAME.
Now If the Bulls can get Heinrich from dribbling the air out the ball, Deng from taking shots outside the offense, and Gordon from turning the ball over, the Bulls will be better the 2nd half. It's a LOT to ask of a team that has played so poorly thus far. But if you look around the league, there's about 6 elite teams and then the rest of the league.

As long as Larry stays glued to the bench they have a good chance of winning.

You've got a great idea there! In fact, no one should ever comment on NBA basketball unless they have actually played in the NBA.

So I'm going to go comment on articles about the commercial p/c insurance market now. You go comment on whatever you do for a living, and maybe later we can both comment about being snarky on the internet.

Wow, some of you are the biggest whiners ever!!! EVER! Who gives a rats a$$ if 2 of the wins were against bad teams. Didnt we just lose at home to some real bad teams last month and probably same ppl were here whining about that to. Some of you morons will cry about anything just to cry. You cry about loses, you cry wins are against bad teams, bla bla bla. Get a life and leave the comment posting to ppl that actually know the game and understand this is not going to be a good team YET and they are what they are. If you dont like it, dont watch but stop posting your stupid comments and whining BS!

We'll see real quickly if the Bulls have turned some sort of corner, or just feasted on a couple of terrible teams and an unsuspecting one. If the Bulls can go into Houston and New Orleans and win, then maybe there's something finally going on. Those are two teams the Bulls always struggle with.

I'd like to believe these players are finally showing a little pride, and intend to prove to Reinsdorf that they're not complete flops. Those comments that Reinsdorf made, i still believe were meant more as a sign that he still believes in Paxson, or that he's really disapointed in the players efforts. It just doesn't make a lick of sense that they were directed towards the coaching staff, as the coaches haven't been in place long enough to prove anything.

The hell with Rose learning how to hang onto the rim after he dunks.
As the team's point guard, Rose needs to learn to involve his teammates, build up his assist totals and let the game come to him more.
So far, he's been disappointingly ineffective.

That's kinda funny, but you've got to admit, most people put out idiotic opinions on any board mainly because they have NEVER played the sport they are talking about and are using sports as an outlet to get away from the reality of how terrible their lives are.

This IS a GOOD collection of players but a horrible team.
Fans should complain and NOBODY should be excited about three consecutive victories over two March of Dimes teams and another that does bongs prior to the games...
Since you stated this: "...leave the comment posting to ppl that actually know the game," I have to ask, how is it that YOU know this game so well?

Inquiring mind

Tiffany, since you and I never played NBA basketball, neither of us are qualified to comment on it. Let's talk about the weather. It's nice and sunny in Chicago. No wait, it's snowing now.
