It has been a year of comparison for Michael Beasley. At this time last year, it was the merits of Beasley as a potential No.

I dont know if Beasly will ever be an NBA star. He has the talent, but he does not have the basketball IQ. He takes shots when he should pass and passes when he should shoot. He has tremendous Talent, but I dont know if he will ever learn to slow down and have the game come to him.

All of those are what we call rookie mistakes. His first year in the NBA would have been his second year in college. Statically he had a good year for a rookie who really did not have that much playing time.(coming off the bench)Second leader scorer on the team. Just give him sometime and he will become a all star in this league. Now the question is, Do Pat Riley want to wait for Beasley to mature in his game? I can admit right now hindsight that Brook Lopez would have been a better pick for the heat Right Now.
