I'm glad Kobe won. I disagree with the first two. Yes CP3 is great. He isn't in the same league with Kobe.

I totally agree with you. Chris Paul is a great player there is no disputing that, but Kobe is one of the greatest players ever. After 12 years he deserves MVP, and being a die hard Laker fan, I think he is the best. Yeah he has had some problems, but he has overcome them and shown what a true professional he is. Go Lakers!!

Kobe's talent far exceeds his mouth, at any rate he virtually played with three different teams, (W/ Bynum, w/o a true center, then having enough patience to help Gasol learn the offense, all the while keeping his TEAM involved, building confidence, and keeping the LAKERS at the top of the West. He has proven that he is not only a TEAM player, but a true Team leader. Oh, He has also been on the ALL Defensive team every year he has been a starter in the NBA, 11 out of 12, not bad.

PS Kobe also turned his team around, and Garrnett helped turn his team around, LA and Boston didn't make the playoffs last year either!

Yeah, but they don't suck this year. With the best record in the Western Conference, how can you say they suck? Maybe you are just jealous because your team isn't as good. Don't tell me, you are a Kings fan right?

Chris Paul walked off the court after losing game 7 to the Spurs without shaking hands or showing good sportsmanship. Chris Paul needs to go back to High School and lerarn what the game is all about.
The least that should happen is he should be disqualified from MVP consideration next year (along with Lebron James).

I honestly felt he was MVP, Kobe deserved it the year before this one. And Say WHat, are you saying that because, well judging you live in texas, were you rooting for San Antonio by any chance? Disqualified from MVP consideration? Lmao, that really is one of the most ridiculous things i have heard, and what did Lebron, the best player in the league do my friend? what did he do so wrong? give me a break man. Chris Paul played like a true warrior in that series, and he fell short because the lack of experience on his team, and well look at this, SA almost blew a 17 point lead, Pargo missed the 3 to tie, how can anyone think the spurs will be champions again? they are getting slower, and worse each series i see, year by year, older and older, a young team with not even close to the amount of experience SA had, almost ran them out of that series, and very well could have in Game 7. Now, they play another fairly young team in LA, but, they have experience, and... they are faster, and better, and will in my opinion, tear the spurs to shreds. I havent given this LA team the credit I should have been giving them, they are spectacular. Spurs are overrated this year in the playoffs. I think they are done. 5 games. maybe even a sweep for LA.

Of course Kobe won MVP...Look at LA'S market and look at New Orlean's...I feel Chris Paul should of won this year. He was the better player.
And Sammie 20020.. He doesnt need to be in the same league as Kobe...who would want to be??? Kobe is in a league all by himself..cant win a championship without Shaq...C'mon Jordan would not have let Paul Peirce shut him down...
