What was so impressive about the Tar Heels throughout the NCAA Tournament was how they played as a team, everyone on the floor contributed. Their defense was as stifling as their offense was explosive.

I'm glad they won it for Tyler, Danny, Wayne, Ty and Marcus all who came back to play one more year because they knew they had the talent to win it.

If Ty and Wayne were to return, they have a shot again next year (they do have the number one recruiting class in the country), but I doubt Ty and Wayne return. Carolina will forever be my team, but if Syracuse returns its starting five, they get the nod from me to win it all next year. But for now, I'm enjoying the moment (plus I've got to run out and buy my son an official championship tee shirt like the ones the players were wearing last night).

Ed Davis isn't NBA ready yet, much like Ty and Wayne wasn't last year. Unless his family is in desperate need for money, I'm sure Coach Williams will encourage him to stay.

I watched every game that Carolina played thus season, was fortunate to see five in person, and knew how valuable Ed Davis is to the team .... wonder how many others realized that before last night

I've been a UNC fan for years, and last night was an absolute pleasure to watch. Total domination right from the get go.

I've seen Danny play since he was in 8th grade, as he's played against my sons on many occasions. He is truly an all around gifted player, and I'm very happy for him.

Danny Green is easily my favorite Carolina player this year. Their most versatile player in my opinion.

UNC4EVER.....Cannot get any sweeter than this. Only next time, Coach Williams needs to leave them in the game, not taking them out (4 of 5 players) with 4mins before the half, if so, Mich.State would not have had 32points. He had to put them back in or it would have been closer at half. Learn when you get the other team down, keep them way down. You can be a good guy later. GO HEELS......Now its time for Carolina Blue Baseball..........Wishing All the guy's that go on into NBA, the Best of Carolina Blue for ever.

I was getting a bit tired of all the "warm-and-fuzzy" stuff about auto workers hurt by the economy needing the boost from a Michigan State win. After all, the Tar Heel state has been hammered by lost jobs in textiles, furniture and other industries for years. We needed a warm-and-fuzzy, too.

The point was Michigan State was playing in Detroit which has been devastated by the economy and auto industry. The fact that MSU was playing in their home state gave them something to smile about, cheer about. Every state is suffering from the economy, they wasn't implying different. I totally understood what they were saying and definitely took no offense nor was I annoyed.

Very nicely said! As a former lifelong resident of MI who still has family and friends there, I couldn't agree more. They just needed a little bit of feel good, even if it was short lived.
