After watching this nail biter I have to say the roughness in which these guys played was dangerous and unlike professional basketball we have seen in our past in my opinion. It's a new order of roughness indeed.

I would not doubt that many injuries will abound from these games on both sides and you can blame the officials for not calling excessive rough contact plays but rather tick tack stuff which should never be called. There needs to be new rules to protect our players but at the same time let them play by calling over the top roughness as I don't want to see either team loose players.

I recommend the Lakers should resort to complete tie up fouls under the basket rather than allow scoring and three point opportunities.
I see no other way to stop the follow-through with these talented Nuggets. The officials can't catch or see much of the battle inside when you have these standing pileups therefor they should simply call fouls when players are tripped to the floor. More players hit the floor hard last night than any game I have ever seen and they weren't just flip flops.

What the hell is going on with the NBA officiating anyway? Retrain these guys NBA!

Kobe gave the Lakers a chance to win and Ariza sealed the deal! Go Lakers! Lakers in six but if they win tonight and get one in Denver then Lakers in five.

A win is a win, although it was an uneasy win relying on Kobe's heroic which is something he is hard pressed to do every game. PJ needs to, no, he must devise a game planin which Bynum and Gasol could be alot more effectice. The duo scored less than half the total score of Denver's front line and nobody on that front line was 7 foot tall. One of the Lakers' advantages was Gasol and Bynum, but Denver did a great job nullifying that advantage with a great game plan. Now it is PJ turn to adjust so Kobe doesnt get exhausted by the 4th game. if PJ could do that, the Lakers will have a much better chance eliminitating Denver.

LA should have lost, but we found a way to win. denvers' missed free throws cost them the game.
lakers need to expose them for what they are- undersized. i want to see bynum averaging 15/8 and gasol at around 19/10 this series damnit!

go lakers. LA in six.
