The Trail Blazers are set for the next 10-15 years with winning the draft. In addition to having the best draft last year with drafting Brandon Roy and LaMarcus Aldridge, they will have Oden to lead them to multiple championships in the future. They also have Zach Randolph, who I think will be traded to get a veteran with some playoff experience.
However, I don't think the Trail Blazers will make the playoffs next year. Remember, they are in the Western Conference and just about everyone other than Memphis stands a chance at making the playoffs next year. I just can't see them cracking the top eight next year.
