Ginobili deserved the M.V.P. last 2 times the Spurs won the finalls not Parker or Ducan. WHAT HAS Ducan done in the last 3 years??? answer not much!!! Parker was hot last time outt but Ginobili was hotter!! Farr be it for the N.B.A. to give the M.V.P. to anyone other than a black player!!

Manu deserved the Finals MVP in 2005.. he lost by one vote. The Spurs would not be the defending Champs if it weren't for Tim Duncan. Tony is a great player who makes great plays for himself. Not too much Tim can do about it if no one gives him the ball...

Manu should win the 6th man award but truely should be the MVP of the league... he makes his team better and is not a ball hog.

Manu should get MVP--no if ands or buts!! Ofcourse he shouldn't be traded for T-Mac or anyone else-----what a crazy idea.

You're comparing Manu to Kobe ? People , these are 2 different players . Kobe is highflyer and Ginobili is a shooter . Maybe Ginobili would have been "officially" better than Bryant if he played in some other team . Right now Ginobili is in Spurs and is underrated because Spurs are a good team because players sacrifice for the good of their team and that is not helping player in his stats ...
So Ginobili will always get rings but will never get
MVP award ...
Yeah , and if you're alredy comparing them I'll say what I think :

I believe everyone on this forum is intelligent enough to understand that Manu Ginobili and Kobe Bryant are two different players otherwise how could we be comparing the two? Though both players are very good at what they do, my vote goes to Ginobili as he’s an unselfish player who has never complained about his role within the organization known as the San Antonio Spurs (coming off the bench, asked by Coach Popovich not to play summer league, etc., etc.), plus he has clearly demonstrated to us all that he certainly could be a starter on any other team in the league. Players such as Ginobili are hard to come by, besides one has to look at the bigger picture and realize that there’s more to Ginobili’s game than just scoring, he’s truly a “team player” who has the nature leadership abilities and skills that enable him to take over games and be effective when he needs to be, plus the dynamic fundamental abilities that he possesses cannot be taught. Though not flashy and no 360 degree spins to slam dunk the ball (though he could if he needed too), hinds why the Spurs are considered boring, but Ginobili comes into the game night after night and get’s the job done!! One word to describe Manu Ginobili…..Awesome!!
