Amen David. I'm thinking some old dude named Patrick might have something to do with this. Sometimes in Dwight I see flashes of Shaq, Hakeem, and Ewing all rolled into one...and it kinda scares me.
Something wicked this way comes.

Wow, a sports article from Whitless, a pleasant surprise! Could have done without the Panamanian reference, but nice try.

please do not compare dwight to hakeem...nothing dwight does is similiar to hakeem...hakeem is the best center of all time and has more ACTUAL skill in his right arm than dwight has in his whole body

Shut up Kenny. Your hyperbole is quite humorous.

I just hope he keeps hitting them! when those shots dont go down it messes his whole game up, they need Batie or Lewis on the baseline to clean up the rim when he misses. however it looks like he has got his shot developed!

1) Thank you Patrick Ewing, and for Dwight Howard practicing so much.
2) This summer Dwight won't do anything international, so he can practice his 8 foot out shot and his free throws. i hope he does nothing but free throw and shoot it all his summer days.

Shut up douche. You can't speak here until your Cavs beat the Magic. And Olajuwon is NOT the best center of all time, you idiot. Top ten maybe, but Shaq, Wilt, Russell, and Kareem might have something to say about that. Until Olajuwon wins as many rings as they do, he won't be the greatest. Now go masterbate to your Lebron poster ballbag.

The dream Had better moves then any other center hands down. the way that guy could handle the ball was excellent especially for a big man. D12...not so good with the handles.

However there is no one close to D12 in the league and none coming for a while. Enjoy Orlando. I know I will

When Rashard dumped the pass into D12 and he two-hand slammed it while getting fouled was very "Shaq-esqe." He is getting better and better. Give the guy some more maturity time and when he can't dunk it on a 14 foot hoop he'll start perfecting his feet, pivots, block outs, and much more. Someone like Antonio McDyss from the PIstons woudl be a good teammate for him. Dwight will be able to knock down the 12-15 footers when he can no longer dunk from there.

I said flashes of Hakeem. If you've watched Dwight lately you've seen him ball fake one way, spin the opposite way and drop a jump hook while the defender scratches his head. "Flashes" of Hakeem, hardly a comparison. Besides, when it's all said and done, Hakeem will be no comparison to Dwight.

Well said. Kenny...do u know how old dwight is? do you know that hes not even close to his potential? so to say something stupid like dwight doesnt compare to hakeem makes u look like the moron that u are. The fact that hes even compared to legends at his age right now..is incredible to say the least. hahahahhaahhahaah DWIGHT IS MY AGE...
