Thanks for the article. Since I have seen you write this many times, I wanted to correct you. Maggette's deal is 5-years, $48 million.

I'm being honest to you too.
Hedo not being worth all dat Monies. He play in NBA 9 year and he do good only one years.
Dat not so good.
Besides, Magics owe $200 million to those 3 players that are worth about $50 million, if that.
Hedo and wife have baby girl and go get Big Contract from the soon to be IRAN Team.
Good luck to Hedo and family. I'm being honest to you.

I like Hedo, but I think we should stongly consider a trade. Take a look at Portland's roster. They have 18 players under contract. They have to waive or move at least 3 of them. These are also mostly young players with smaller contracts. With Martell Webster injured, one of the positions Portland does need veteran help at is small forward. Trade Hedo for Frye, Batum and Rodriguez. The contracts match up and we get a power forward, a small forward and a point guard. Both teams are helped out in this deal.

Hey Magic fans. I think we need to start up a new charitable endeavor to collect money to buy LMAO a life and a little diversity training. In his post today he has expanded his obvious racial bigoty to include anyone who is not a WASP including Hedo. It is a shame that he gives a fine university like Duke such a black eye. He must have been part of the Lacrosse team and feels so victimized now. Let's all take a moment to send him our pity anf truly hope he can find a way to move on in his miserable life.

I would also support a trade. Hedu is a great player. He has always been consistant and last year he broke out. Last year was definately his apex. Everything from here is going to be a decline. We need to use Hedu to get a decent PF.

Trade him to Miami for Udonis Haslem. Its a win-win for each team. The Magic get inside toughness, rebounding & defense from a bona fide big to compliment Howard. The Heat get an offensive minded big who can play outside-inside, rebound & defend to compliment their perimeter oriented bigs....An upgrade for each team that addresses core issues for each!!

I like Haslem, but it probably won't happen. I wouldnt want the Heat having Turk, being in our division, and vice versa. Lewis wants to really step up his production this year so (and that'll drop Turks pts alil) and Turk did have a crazy career high numbers last year, but it was so high he should be able to maintain near it again like he's already done in preseason in limited min.s. I really hope we keep Turk, he's an incredible player and a great combo punch with Lewis-Turk. We just need a harassing PF to play behind Lewis on the teams with big frontcourts, then another quality PG or young one with high potential. If Turkoglu left to Europe, he'd easily be the biggest NBA player to go Euro(MIP and good career numbers), it'd might get more NBA players to go Euro again too (tho probly low-mid quality players). That would be bad for us; no more Turk for us or atleast sign-and-trading him.

I like that as a possibility also, but Riley would never agree to it and I'm not sure we would want to face a traded Hedo 4 times this year. That is why I suggested making a deal with Portland.

that goes to show you the mentality of the players, is not that they don't make enough money here, but how much more can i get. well i guess if we all had a chance at making more money who wouldn't maybe kobe will go as well.

Hey guys Arroyo is not in the same level in the NBA as he is internationaly where he is highly regarded. Now as surpizing as it is seen Childress going to Europe and that female WNBA star PG going to Russia and even played for their national team. I am resting to say that good Americans are all about the money. Love to their own country is not valuable anymore. Alot of players will go overseas if that is the mentality nowadays.
