He still got most of his money. Stupid Dolan's and Knicks. All season of dragging this through the mud and Marbury still collects an almost full paycheck.

What a disgrace the Knicks -- who are owned by Cablevision, which also owns Newsday -- GIVE IT A BREAK ALREADY YOU'RE KILLING US!!! are. If Dolan had any balls he would have made Walsh let Marbury rot on the bench in uniform and made him miss the playoff deadline. Only good thing is we are rid of that lowlife P.O.S. Now he can spread his cancer to the Celtics.

Knicks record this year: 24-32 Marbury GP = 0

Knicks record last year: 23-59 Marbury GP = 24

How exactly were they better last year with Marbury playing, than they are this year?

The Knicks are already a better team without him.

Boston is going to HATE this guy. I'm just glad he's gone. Let him sit on their bench with a towel over his head and sulk.

I'm sort of a Boston fan though and now we have to endure this. Ugh. He won't be w/Boston next year though.

thinking winning 23 wins is an accomplishment says it all. Herb won 33 games 3 years ago 04-05 season. he was replaced by Larry Brown for 05-06 who won 23 Isiah won 34 for 06-07 then down to 23 last year. they are just desperate to paint the new regime in a positive light.. When Marbury was signed the hope was that Houston could eventually come back and form make the backcourt a strength... didn't happen. Those years the only offense was Kurt Thomas put backs and Doleac on the pick and roll with Marbury... the media knows young minds have short memories and they can revise history... By 2010 they will forget the promises made now and accept a new set. after Lebron NONE of the second tier FA's are franchise changers, including Bosh.. and Lebrons's not going anywhere
