Thomas was employed in bball---Walsh kept him on as a scout. Thomas spent time in Europe scouting for the Knicks.
I believe Thomas is too lazy to recruit and to prepare his team properly. He loves the cash but hates the time it takes to do a good(not great) job.
There is some talent at FIU,but expect a big dropoff in 2 years,by which time he will have left.Bad decision by FIU!

As usual, Barbara Barker is clueless. Do you belong to a union? That's the only reason that I can think of as to why you still have a job at Newsday.
