"He pleaded 'not guilty' because he is not guilty"...that's funny.

could be placed and make his manager responsible for all activities since his interest is the $. He could reeport to sheriffs department with schedule, variations and travel itineraries. Yes, he should also wear the ankle GPS device during games!

I hope he gets sentenced to all 93 days. Maybe then the Pacer management will realize that that they have two problems. One with two players and an even larger one with long time fans who are now so disgusted that they have given up on the thug image the Walsh-Bird seem to like.

With the way he shoots a basketball it is no wonder he did not hit anything when he shot his gun.

I cant believe that people would send their hard earned money to support their games
Who cares is right, however they are about as educated as most hoosiers and most americans since less than 30% of hoosiers and americans have degress. I wonder if you would say the same thing about Matt Leinart since he just had a child out of wedlock.

No special treatment??? He might not get special treatment in Detroit, but he sure did in Indianapolis. He was given the chance to turn himself in and he did not have to sit in jail and wait to go before the judge. It was a revolving door for him. I know someone that was picked up by the police, handcuffed and taken down to the city lockup for failure to appear for a court date in a child support hearing. They had to sit in jail for 5 days before they even went before the judge. The judge said they had to pay $ to the child support clerk before they could get out of jail otherwise they would have to stay in there for 30 days. By the time they went before the judge it was to late to pay the clerk because the office was already closed. The money was paid the next morning around 11:00 a.m., but they were not released from jail until 10:20 that night. This was the very same day Jackson was there. Why did it take almost 12 hours for this individual to be release and they didn't shoot at any one, nor were they on probation. "NOW YOU TELL ME JACKSON DID NOT GET AN SPECICAL TREATMENT!!!". HE WAS IN AND OUT OF THERE WITHIN A FEW HOURS. I BET HE WAS NEVER EVEN BEHIND BARS. Hope Detroit isn't another Indy.
The Pacers have go to hell since Reggie left

Jane dear,
If you are so educated, why don't you check for mistakes before penning your name to an error laden e-mail. Also, you sound quite bitter. Were you screwed and left on the court, so to speak, by one of these basketball thugs? You people( and I do mean "you people") continue to amaze me with the seething jealousy and envy you let ooze out of your heart by way of your e-mails.

Jealousy and envy? Us people? What do we have to be jealous and envious about? Thanks so much for your touching comments...although they make no sense. April, please lay off the crack pipe before you post on here. I know your doing your part on the War on Drugs by ingesting as much as possible but it isn't helping your clarity.
