Not Innocent

Criminals are guilty as soon as they commit a crime. They are only considered innocent in a court of law until "proven" guilty. Courts free guilty criminals & convict innocents.

Yeah Jack, youre right.. I guess if you had beat up a handicapped man in a parking lot and then fired some shots in the air in "self defense", you'd want it to all go away as well. Just because Jackson is black you run to his aid. You know Foster would get the same treatment.. if Foster had been suspended for the Detroit mess..(he wasnt) and if he has prior acts of stupidity..(he hasnt). Let the facts speak for themselves and stop dropping the race card.. it's getting old.

Gee Jack, Never mind the fact that Jackson is on probation in Detroit for his part in the Brawl. I could be mistaken, but if i were a betting man i would bet that no drinking, smoking dope, or possessing a hand gun may have been just one if not all of the conditions of his probation.

If it were Jeff Foster involved in EITHER incident, he would already be traded!
