Just another example of the front office screwing up again. Please tell me why Walsh is regarded as a top GM.In all the years he has been here the Pacers have been to the finals one time and his decisions the last 5 years is why the Pacers are in this mess now.As for Bird, he dosen't have a clue and it hurts to say that because nobody was a bigger fan of Birds than me.

Now that White is gone lets go out and sign Jalen Rose, the Knicks just released him. I believe he can help the Pacers. It looks like Ishah ran him out of town twice once with the Pacers and now with the Knicks. Come on Larry and Donny go out and sign Jalen Rose.
Jalen Rose is twice the ball player Steven Jackson. Now's a good chance to dump the trash your carrying of our club. Do it now!!!!!!!

James White: cut!!??

Utter nonsense!! The Pacers traded three 2nd round picks to get this guy.

I hope he signs with a team in their division and comes back to haunt them!!

I don't see any logic in cutting James White;I was looking forward to see him play this season.

Bill you are correct. I think Donnie and Larry have alot on their plate right now as they have to figure out how to save thiis sinking ship!!!!!
Just sick of these prima donna athletes thinking everybody owes them something. We owe them nothing and they will figure that out as attendance will continue to go down with this current club!! Then again most do not care what we think!! Just a shame we have gotten to this point in just a few short years. I am also tired of hearing about the salary cap problems, Look in the mirror management as this is your Monster!! Good Luck this year fellas as I think I will take the year off from watching and go Bowling!!

Really think Jalen Rose would be a good pick up for this Pacers' team that is in desperate need of a shooter. I remember some really outstanding games a few years back while playing for the Pacers...until he got a little too big for his britches. Don't think he would still be into that kind of stuff. And there's no Larry Brown in Indytown any more. He should be considered and given a chance (if there's any way possoble).....

I think some people need to spend some time learning about salary caps, guaranteed contracts and the free agent system and less time complaining. A GMs hands are often tied by money issues - they had to let Miller and Harrington go because there wasn't enough money or minutes for them. Giving Croshere $40+ million was horrible though. Letting Tinsley and Jackson go would leave them with around $50 owed to two players not even on the roster. That would be a great move wouldn't it?
Thanks for helping make my point. The decisions on who to pay, and what that impact their position againgst the salary cap, the guaranteed contracts, the draft choices, etc. are made by the front office. If you hide behind salary caps and guaranteed contracts as to why you have no flexibility to make changes, ask yourself who made those problems?!?! It is Bull to hide behind those things in which the front office created. I think YOU need to understand more about running a business!!!!

Thanks for the agreement!
I'll never understand why Anthony Johnson was traded!
I guess being consistant and dependable; also scoring 40 points in their last game of the season didn't fit the way the Pacers office wants this go.

We need to evaluate this decision by mid-season. Right now the Pacers are doing what they feel is best for their franchise. It is very easy to criticize, but we need to assess the decision at mid-season or a later time.

good thing it is all about money and not about character. thanks for the publicity, indianapolis really needs to be at the forefront of sports talk because of jackson rather than the 7-0 colts. you don't see peyton, reggie, and marvin making headlines for anything other than positive things.
