Does this mean that Stephen Jackson will be aquitted for defending himself? Or is the court gonna screw him also?

Boy, I'm sure glad to hear that this guy will have to pay $1400 for dental work. I'll bet Jackson was sweating that one because I'm sure that the NBA doesn't provide its players with insurance. Give me a break.

LOL You probably would have gotten shot for trouble. This is one of the dumbest things I think I've ever heard anybody say.

But if that kid got 2 years, Jackson deserves at the least the same....probably MORE since there are MANDATORY escalators for gun crimes, especailly since Jackson was ON PROBATION and in possesion of a handgun and used it while in the commission of a crime that makes it a federal gun crime. Lets see how much money it costs to get the case thrown out in the Indianapolis Courts.

Can we just revoke the Pacer's franchise and kick the darn team out of the State? I'm so tired of all their B/S, I really wish the Pacers would just GO AWAY. A bunch of worthless, overpaid, criminals and thugs. NBA should terminate their franchise.

it seems to me the guy did what the judge told him to, get out as soon as he can, and he did that, but a dumb ****** named jackson was in his way shooting a gun. this judge obviously is playing favorites like most do. i feel sorry for this guy because you get into it with big thugs nbs style with guns and you get in trouble for trying to get away. just shows our justice system is a complete failure. if he gets two years, jackson deserves a lot more. people don't realize that jackson was on probation, and when your on probation your forbidden to be in bars. so he was, and if that was me i would already be in jail awaiting trial. the legal system is pathetic. jackson will be fine because he will buy his way out, watch, i guarantee it.
I must agree, Jackson was on Probation he should've been held with no bond for probation violation. I didn't think you could possess any weapons while on probation, let alone firing one. The Indiana Justice System fails us all. Can't wait for the outcome.

If Deon could hit a jumper and handle the ball, he would not be in this mess right now?
