This is just the next chapter in this made for daytime TV soap opera. It won't be over until the season is over. Maybe this is over, because the way they have been playing I believe the season is over...

Mr. Wilford, You have a long list of arrests. You are now qualified to play for the Pacers.

"ran over" would seem to suggest that Mr. Jackson went under the vehicle. I was sure that I had previously read that he was struck by the vehicle and that he, in fact, went over the hood...

By the way What - I'm with you on that one - since Jax even admitted under oath that he fired the gun before he was "run over" 2 years in prison seems odd (but I'm sure he couldn't afford a real attorney).

Dump<dumb

Defendent: "I yelled dump so he would shoot his gun. Then I got scared because he was shooting his gun (that I told him to shoot) and I didn't have a gun, so I hit him with my car."
Judge: "Go directly to jail, do not pass Go, do not collect $200. As a matter of fact, you need to fix Stephen Jackson grille. Pay $1400 or roll doubles to get out of jail."

No one's arguing that point. The question is why aren't the players involved getting what they deserve? There's two(2) sides to every brawl.

Man thats harsh.... These guys are huge and a guy tries to get away after shots are fired and gets 2 years. Thats crazy.. Its obvious the Pacers got problems.

It just goes to show how Indy, can't provide equal and quality justice. No matter what the case may be.

Running someone over with a car and not stopping - that ought to be attempted murder and he should get more than two years.

But trying to shoot someone should also be attempted murder, and Jackson should get prison time too...but I'm sure he won't.

The Pacers have problems? So far I haven't see one Pacer, not one do any jail time for anything. That goes back to the fungo in the junglo in De-roitville and Ronnie boy. Doesn't sound to me alike the Pacers have a problem. Sounds like so far they are getting away with any and everything.

I feel the judge will be fair . Mr. Jackson should be a little worried from what I have read. In Indiana celebrity status doesn,t mean anything,& could even work against him.And by most counts he is guilty for even beeing there in the first place at that hour.
